We purchased Suite 3800 in September 2008. As we live here summers and some winter weeks, we have decorated it with many works from local artists and furnished it nicely. We enlarged the living room to accomadate a large dining room table for 12, armoire and buffet for storing games, serving dishes and extra plates and a computer table with IBM PC w/WIFI and Printer/Fax/Copier. We added large bureaus in the master and guest bedrooms, extra storage closets and a large pantry in the kitchen.
This new deluxe 2300 square foot Presidential Suite #3800 is located on the eighth floor of Westgate Resorts new Moose Lodge. This Suite includes two 42" and five 32" flat screen Plasma TV's, private eight person hot tub on 85' balcony overlooking the Wasatch Mountains and Valley,4 king bedrooms with private bathrooms each w/steam shower, 3 queen sleeper sofas, 3 fireplaces, private reserved underground parking spot and much more. Ski-In/Out from this Five Star Westgate Luxury Resort and Spa located in The Canyons Ski Area in Park City, Utah.
After skiing, you can enjoy one of two indoor or two outdoor pools; or relax in a sauna, steam room or your private hot tub. You can also enjoy the 30,000 square foot Serenity Spa by Westgate, the state of the art fitness facility, the renowned Five Star Westgate Grill and Bar and more. The Canyons Ski Area with 17 lifts, 155 trails over 3700 acres is quickly becoming one of the top ski destinations in the world. Enjoy having your skis carried to the Canyons Gondola by the ski valet service or free transportation to either Deer Valley Resort or Park City Resort, downtown Park City (3 miles) or any other destination. Walk to 5 restaurants, 3 delis, 7 shops or 4 taverns. Discounted lift tickets are available at Westgate Resort for most major Utah Ski Areas.
LIVING ROOM: has a sofa/queen sleeper and love seat, gas fireplace, 42" Plasma TV/DVD, desk w/IBM Computer/Printer, game table, stereo/CD, dining room table for twelve and wet bar. It opens to a 85 foot balcony with 8 person hot tub overlooking Wasatch Mountains and Valley.
KITCHEN: fully stocked gourmet kitchen has granite counter w/four barstools, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, oven, refrigerator with ice maker and opens to the living room. A large clothes closet, full sized washer/dryer and large pantry adjoin the kitchen.
MASTER BEDROOM: has king sized bed, 42" Plasma TV/DVD, gas fireplace, jetted whirlpool tub for two, steam shower, bidet, double vanity and balcony. Down duvets, six pillows adorn the king bed.
GUEST BEDROOM: king bed, gas fireplace, 42" flat Plasma TV, full sized closet, balcony, full bath with steam shower, double vanity with granite countertop.
TWO MINI-SUITES(1 BEDROOM EACH): Each has a leather queen sleeper sofa, mini-kitchen and 32" Plasma TV/DVD in living area. The bedroom has King bed, a second 32" Plasma TV and two armoires. The bathroom has a large steam shower and double vanity with granite countertop. Small kitchen w/cooking utensils has microwave, two burner cooktop, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

** SERENITY SPA BY WESTGATE **: This premier spa is over 30,000 square feet with seventeen treatment rooms, steam rooms, lockers, saunas and a hot whirlpool with waterfall. It offers a full menu of spa services: Massages, Body Treatments, Facials and Nail Services.(9:00AM - 8:00PM; daily)
** WESTGATE BAR AND GRILL **: Fantastic award winning restaurant with an excellent variety of appetizers and entrees and a large wine selection and bar. Rated one of the top five dining spots in Park City. Room Service and Catering available. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served seven days a week. Childrens' menu.
** POOLS AND HOT TUBS **: The resort has a large heated indoor/outdoor pool (largest in Utah), a second outdoor pool and a large adults only indoor pool, 5 hot tubs, 2 saunas, and 2 large steam rooms.

**"ON CALL DIRECT" VAN TRANSPORTATION **: Call and guest services will deliver you anywhere in the Park City area and pick you up for return to Westgate. They will load your skis and you at Skier Services and go to Deer Valley (5 miles) or Park City (3 miles) Ski Areas.
** CHECK IN AND LOBBY **: 24 hour/7 day front desk service. USA Today delivered to each room.
** DELI AND GROCERY STORE **: Pizza Hut Express pizza, deli prepared sandwiches, breakfast pastries, newspapers, etc. Groceries and supplies sold as well as wine and beer.
** SKIER SERVICES **: Ski storage and equipment lockers provided, boots dried overnight. Valets carry skis to and from the nearby Canyons Gondola. Skiers walk thru plaza and ticket windows (about 100 yards). Ski rentals and tuning available.
** FITNESS CENTER **: State of the art cardio and weight training equipment in large modern facility with 4 TVs, 4 treadmills, 4 elipticals, 3 bikes, weights and 18 exercise machines.
** GAME ROOM **: 2 pool tables, 16 different arcade games, air hockey.

THE CANYONS SKI AREA IS FANTASTIC!! WE LOVE IT AND SKI DAILY WHEN WE ARE HERE. OTHER SKI AREAS ARE EASY TO GET TO. THERE ARE NOW MANY GOOD RESTAURANTS HERE AT THE CANYONS AS WELL AS SHOPS. REDSTONE SHOPPING AND EATING IS ONLY 3 MILES. GOLF, FISHING AND TENNIS IN THE SUMMER ARE GREAT AND THE SUMMER WEATHER COULDN'T BE BETTER!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
WE REALLY ENJOY THE CANYONS SKI AREA. AS IT IS THE FIFTH LARGEST SKI RESORT IN THE USA, IT HAS A GREAT VARIETY OF EXPERT AND BLUE RUNS THAT WE THINK ARE SOME OF THE BEST ANYWHERE. OFTEN THERE IS FRESH POWDER AND WE USUALLY START ON ONE SIDE OF THE AREA AND STAY THERE FOR THE MORNING. THEN AFTER LUNCH, WE HEAD TO THE OTHER SIDE. IT IS ALMOST THREE MILES ACROSS WITH A MIX OF TERRAINE ON THE SEVEN MOUNTAINS WE SKI AND WE SKI ALMOST ALL OF IT DEPENDING ON WHO WE ARE SKIING WITH. TWO ADDITIONAL LIFTS HAVE BEEN ADDED IN THE LAST FEW YEARS OPENING UP WIDER BOWLS. MANY OF THE BEGINNERS AND EASIER RUNS ARE AT THE TOP OF THE GONDOLA WHICH IS NICE AS THE SNOW IS EXCELLENT AND SKI DEMO,SKI SCHOOL AND EATING FACILITIES ARE THERE AND USUALLY WE TAKE THE GONDOLA DOWN AFTER SOME LAST RUNS AT THE TOP. AS WE GET OFF THE GONDOLA, A WESTGATE VALET TAKES OUR SKIS AND POLES AND WE WALK ACROSS THE PLAZA TO OUR SUITE - USUALLY STOPPING AT OUR FAVORITE CAFE. SOME OF OUR GRANDKIDS BOARD AND THE SNOWBOARD PARKS ARE AS EXTENSIVE AS THE SKI RUNS. WE SKI AT DEER VALLEY OR PARK CITY ONE OR TWO DAYS A WEEK. THE SKI VALET LOADS OUR SKIS AND POLES IN THE VAN, WE PUT ON OUR BOOTS AND DEPART WHENEVER WE WISH AND ARE PICKED UP WHEN WE FINISH. SOME DAYS WE DRIVE TO ALTA, SNOWBIRD OR SOLITUDE - ALL 45 MINUTES AWAY.

WE LIVE IN OUR PARK CITY PRESIDENTIAL SUITE FROM JUNE THROUGH MID-OCTOBER AND FIVE WINTER WEEKS. WE LIVE IN FLORIDA OTHER TIMES. WE ARE ORIGINALLY FROM NYC. WE HAVE FURNISHED THE SUITE LIKE OUR HOME AS WE PAID CLOSE TO 2 MILLION DOLLARS FOR IT. WE HAVE KIDS AND GRANDKIDS THAT LIVE IN CALIFORNIA AND THEY VISIT FREQUENTLY.
