This unit was the perfect place for our family's spring break vacation. The condo is spacious and accommodated our group of 10. Beautiful views, close access to the mountain and ski services, and Westgate's many amenties made this a perfect venue. The owners were also a pleasure to work with and made our vacation planning super easy. Would definitely recommend!

I just want to take a moment to thank Jim and Carolyn for sharing their beautiful condo at The Westgate with us. The layout was perfect for sharing with another family and the amenities were wonderful. We all enjoyed the skiing and the kids loved the hot tub on the deck and the indoor/outdoor pool after skiing each day. We had such a great vacation which would not have been possible without their hospitality.

Finally a resort better than the pictures

We spent 24 days at the Canyons. It was everything we expected and more. The suite has a large living room beautiful views and most important comfortable beds. The owners were extremely accomadating and generous. Staff at the Westgate try very hard to help with any needs. Spa was great - fabulous collection of massage therapists.Only a few negatives. The cleaning staff does a mediocre job unless you insist they vacuum and dust. The Westgate is conglameration of four buildings . It took us about 5 days to figure out the maze! Skier services works well - but I would hope by the time we return boots on one floor, skiiis on another, exit to the plaza on a third and the discount lift ticket office in a fourth location in the far reaches of another building will be reorganized. Putting these small inconveniences aside the Westgate exceeded our expectaions! We'll be back!!

Great place to stay at the canyons

My friends and I rented this suite for a long weekend in January. We have stayed at the Canyons for 4 straight years, and at Westgate for the past 3. This was definitely the nicest place we've stayed at in that time. If you've never been to the area, the Canyons is the biggest (and I think the best) of the mountains, and Westgate is a great resort located right at the base - easy walk to the lifts, and they provide a ski valet to hold your equipment overnight and bring it over to the gondola in the morning. They also provide a free shuttle around town and to the other resorts. As for the room itself, the place is super spacious. We fit 10 very comfortably, and you could probably fit 2-3 more if you wanted. The hot tub has great views of both mountains and the valley below. The bedrooms are clean and spacious, as are the bathrooms. The owners will give you a code for free wireless, and they have plenty of games and such to pass the time after skiing. We will definitely be back next year.

Owner response:There are three pools, besides the hot tub at the Suite, each has a hot tub and towels. Also two Saunas and Steam Rooms plus the four steam showers in Suite 3800. Restaurant and bar at Westgate is fantastic; right on the property.

The perfect setup

It was a sad day when we had to leave this amazing unit (actually it's 3 units in 1) at the Westgate. The private hot tub and 4 steam showers were just what the doctor ordered after a long day skiing fresh powder. Some of our group members checked out the other 3 public hot tubs at the Westgate as well. Jim, the owner, was extremely helpful, offering recommendations for restaurants and discount lift tickets. The free shuttle took us anywhere we wanted to go, although the shuttle is shared with others which means you may be the 5th or 6th stop. When the shuttle was booked solid, we caught the free city bus into town from 10 minutes down the hill which was a nice option. Free internet and washer/dryer in unit were icing on the cake. The only challenge we encountered was that the Westgate Resort itself is very challenging to navigate. This is a great option for a large group that wants to ski in/out at The Canyons!

A Great Vacation!

Our family rented this suite for a week, and it was an abosolutely terrific experience. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. The unit is in perfect condition, and the Westgate is the best place to stay in Park City - you walk right out onto the slopes. The two main bedrooms and family room have great views of the mountain, with plenty of terrace space. Furniture is in very good condition and comfortable, and the kitchen is modern and very well equipped with anything you will need. The included parking space is very convenient. We will definitely be staying in this suite the next time we go to Park City.

Jim, Our stay was great. We had a lot of fun. Our last day of skiing was real good, the snow had softened. My wife and kids really picked up it up and we skied together all day Tuesday (we skied all 4 days). We loved your place and westgate as a whole. We will definitely do it again.

What a wonderful week we had at The Canyon's and at your suite! It snowed all day, every day while we were there and the skiing was unreal! Just as before, we thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful condo! It was absolutely perfect for our whole family, with the mini apartments providing privacy for our older children and their families! You have a beautiful set-up for a large group! My husband said we may just have to make this an annual trip! :)

Fabulous First Class Condo! When traveling with young children you can't beat the location and ski valet. All amenities in this five star condo were above our group's expectations. Condo provided more than enough room for 14 people. Breathtaking views will definitely bring us back next year.

Wonderful Suite. We had 2 families of 5 share the suite for Christmas week. The suite was perfect size for us. Everything was top line and in perfect condition. The ammenities of the Westgate facility are a big bonus. We had a great vacation and I would highly reccommend staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at this beautiful property with our children and grandchildren Thanksgiving 2008. We enjoyed every minute! The accommodations were incredible. The attention to detail in design and decor, the furnishings, the amazingly well-stocked kitchen, the steam showers, the large screen TVs, were terrific. We appreciated the option of having a place where we could all gather together and share meals at the wonderful dining room table which seats 12 with ease. It was also nice to have a place wehre babies could nap while the adults played games or watched movies. The full size washer and dryer were a big plus for a large group that played outdoors. This is all in addition to the unbeatable views from every window and and the wrap-around balcony with outdoor hot tub! We visited the Olympic Park which was tons of fun. The outdoor/indoor pool was a favorite activity. As I read what I've written, I can't believe that we were actually there. It sounds too good to be true, I know. But it was great--a trip that we will always remember!

We had agreat visit to this wonderful condo in January, 2008. Everything about it was first class, it great shape and worked the way it was advertised. 4 king sized beds were most comfortable for everyone, as were the queen sleeper sofas. The view from the hot tub on the balcony are unequalled - moutains, valleys, Olympic Village, etc. The Westgate Resort and Spa lives up to its five star designation. The pools, spa, steam rooms, ski valet were great. The restaurant we particularly enjoyed as we feel it was the best in Park City area nad most reasonably priced. The Canyons Ski Area is our favorite in Utah. Powder was incredible!!

The condo, resort and ski area all rated much higher than our expectations. Truly one of our best vacations at one of the best cond and reorts we have been to. Everything you need is provided with the cond - bathrobes, towels, dishes, linens, tablecloths, etc. We enjoyed steam shower, fireplace, hot tub on balcony daily! Ski valet worked as advertized - they store and dry your skis and boots; then carry skis and poles to the gondola for you. Shuttle service to anywhere in Park City area worked well even during Sundance week - just call the front desk and they will arrange shuttle bus to take you and pick you up - all were on time. 10 minutes to Park City downtown. Kids Arcade, play facilities and Kids Club (with day care) are all well managed and very kid friendly. Adults enjoyed the air hockey nightly! Staying in Presidential Suite #3800 is like staying in a multimillion dollar home!

This condo was wonderful. We thouroughly enjoyed the week we stayed here. The four bedrooms with king beds were most comfortable - especially the two with fireplaces, flat screen TVs and balconys. Kids used sofa beds in the two mini-apartments - very nice. Fluffy bathrobes in every bedroom - all the extras you want in a 5 Star Condo. Living room with 42" Flat Plasma TV over fireplace combines with separate large dining table area and game table we used as a computer area with WiFi. Private hot tub on living room balcony overlooking Park City. We used many of Westgate's facilities. The Spa is world class with steam waterfall in pool, many treatment rooms with specialists and 8 types of massages. Ski valet stores your skis and equipment and takes it to the gondola. Liked the adult only pool. Kids loved the outdoor pools, hot tubs, and kids game room with air hockey and many videos. The condo and fcilities could not have been nicer. We look forward to returning next year.

Truly a Presidential Suite with 4 beautiful king bedrooms and a great balcony with hot tub that looks at moutains. We had a great stay and used many of the facilities at the resort. Particularly enjoyed the pools, ski valet service to gondola nad restaurant - best in Park City! The condo is huge, especially the living room with large TV over fireplace, game table area and dining area - all overlooking balcony and valley and Wasatch Mountains. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything one could want. Loved it!!
