Everyone who sees it says this is the perfect beach cottage - bright colors with lots of natural light, relaxing furniture -inside and out, colorful original art everywhere! Light hardwood floors recently refinished in main living area add to the peaceful, relaxing setting. We just installed new carpet in bedrooms and den in March of 2010.
There is plenty of room for lots of people - separate den/family room with attached screened-in-porch for the children. Adults will enjoy the warm, comfortable living room and the well-equipped kitchen with adjoining large dining area.
Covered upstairs deck off large master bedroom gives you beautiful sunset views and glimpses of the ocean. Wrap around front deck on main level catches the morning sun and afternoon shade.There is plenty of covered space under the porch for kids to play in the sand on a rainy day or after the beach.
Lock yourself away in the upstairs large master bedroom and bath with a jetted tub and private deck for a nap, quiet reading, or just watching t.v.-relaxing away from everyone else. Sneak down the back stairs and take an outside shower when the weather is warm or use the shower to get the sand off the kids.
The gorgeous white sandy beach and crystal clear Gulf is only a 2 minute, easy walk away. Restaurants and shops are close by either in Grayton or in other communities on 30-A. Convenient off-street parking for 4 cars. Grayton is the ideal beach community and you'll love this house and location!

The famous Red Bar at Old Grayton is within walking distance as is Grayton Market for quick provisions, bicycle and kayak rentals. There is a handy access 38 mi. bike/walking trail on 30-A. It is a short drive into Destin for outlets, water park, movies.

Our stay at this property was awesome! We absolutely had a blast. There is tons of space for everyone. The kids loved it. They had their own TV room that they could hang out in and watch movies or play games. Not that we were inside much. The weather was awesome so we spent most of the time at the beach which takes about 2 minutes to walk to. The house has a nice open living style to it. You walk into a nice big room with a nice sized kitchen and eating area. The bedrooms were great. There are two bathrooms on the first floor which was also nice. My favorite thing about the house is the master suite that has a lookout porch that gives you nice views of the gulf. My wife and I have stayed in grayton 4 times and this master suite is by far our favorite. I really can't say enough nice things about this house. You will really enjoy yourself. It's very relaxing and invitiing. The people who run the property are very easy to deal with and are very accomodating to your needs. I would highly recommend this property and hope you enjoy it as much as we did. We will definitely be back!!

This house is an OUTSTANDING beach house. I`ve stayed at many homes in Grayton and this one is as good as it gets. It has all the comforts of your own home, not just a rental. The family-oriented kitchen opens ups to the living area and makes for wonderful evenings cooking at home with the family! It is incredibly close to the beach and has everything you need to clean-up after a day at the beach....including a wonderful private outdoor shower! It has tons of towels, linens, pillows....just like your own home. I highly recommend this house to anyone that want`s to feel "at home" at the beach!!!

An excellent place for everyone in the family. Short stroll to the beach, Red Bar, General Store and many other places in Grayton. The house is very well decorated and comfortable. We have stayed here for the last 3 summers and love it. Great place, great owners and very well taken care of. We love GRATYON BEACH

This was the best possible choice for our family with 5 adults and two children, combining family vacation and a family wedding. It was a perfect beach cottage, right size, well equipped (lots of linens), great location, but most of all a beautiful place for us all to be together. Two living rooms, 3 deck areas, 4 bedrooms gave us all space to be together and private time. All rooms were very clean and well furnished. The area is very quiet. It is a two-minute walk to the ocean and a few minutes to wherever you want to go. I hope we have the opportunity to visit again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

This was the perfect location and house for my girls getaway in late April! There are 2 beach paths less than 1 block away. The Red Bar is a short walk. We rented bikes that were delivered to the house and biked over to Watercolor and Seaside. It was the perfect spot for a perfect weekend.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
