Newly renovated!!! Our condo is beautifully maintained with a penthouse floor, DIRECT gulf view. We just upgraded the unit with cabinets and counter tops, new appliances, carpet, paint and furniture. It is fresh and lovely, waiting for you to visit.
The unit is perfect for couples or small families, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. We furnished it with full kitchen, 2 TVs, DVD player, games, books, movies and beach chairs.
My goal in renting you our home away from home is to make your vacation stress free and relaxing in a beautiful tropical setting. Come play in our sandbox, rent directly from owner and save on commission fees! As a private owner guest at the Sundial Resort you always have free access to miles of pristine white sandy beach, 4 gulf side heated swimming pools, BBQ grills and high-speed wireless internet. My favorite pool is the one right out in front of our unit. It is just a few steps to the beach, so you can sit in the lounge chair by the pool and see the waves wash up on the beach. Many of the other complexes have their pool behind the buildings. The most important feature of our condo is the wonderful gulf view. You walk in the door and see the veil, you stand in the kitchen to make your coffee and see the view, you eat at the table or sit on the couch and see the wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. We love to spend time out on the screened lanai, sitting on the patio furniture looking out to the Gulf. This is a direct view, not an angled view like many of the 1 bedroom condos at the Sundial Resort.

We loved your unit - light, airy, nice layout, very nicely furnished, great decor, wonderful view, and nice spot in the complex. The kitchen was well appointed which was important to us and isn't always the case in some condos. We would definitely stay in your unit if we were to return to Sundial. We loved everything - the condo, it just felt so comfortable, the beaches, shells, restaurants were excellent - used your recommendations - loved island cow, bubble room, grama dot's, doc ford's, chee burger chee burger. Can't say enough about our vacation & the entire rental experience from you. Its the first time we have ever rented a vacation property or been to Florida. Thank you for making it easy & pleasurable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was a great condo, just as described, well equipped with everything you need. Full kitchen, very comfortable bed, beach chairs (which we didn't use). The pool is just steps away, with the beach right behind it. We had a great week at Sanibel Island with our 18 month old daughter. We enjoyed the Ding Darling National Refuge, Dolphin Cruise, shelling at the beach, seeing alligators on the Bailey tract and birding. Would definitely recommend this condo and a trip to Sanibel. About the owner: My name is Diane Nowaczyk and I have owned vacation condos on Sanibel Island, Florida for more than 15 years. My family has been traveling to the island since I was a child. For most of us, Sanibel Island is a fond childhood memory and now we find ourselves taking our own children and grandchildren back to show them the famous Cheeburger Cheeburger, Bubble Room, Ding Darling Reserves or just spend the day shelling on the beaches.

We love the simpliness of the island. No chain resturants, no buildings over 4 stories tall, 65% of the island still in conservation. For a busy family, this is the place to come and connect to nature and the simple life.

Our kids love to spend the day between swimming in the warm gulf waters or the heated swimming pool. They never get tired of building sand castles and seeking the famous Sanibel Junonia seashell. With over 22 miles of paved bike paths, we all have fun biking to our favorites shops and ice cream at Periwinkle Place. Our teenagers love to bike up to Sanibel Bean (Sanibel's version of Starbucks) for their cappuccino mocha.
