We will close off and leave vacant the guest bedroom. You will have access to the Master bedroom with walk-in closet and Master bath as well as all common areas. You will also have access to both patios - the oceanfront patio off the Living area and a 2nd patio off the bedroom overlooking the lagoon and French side all the way to Anguilla.

Be our guest and unwind and relax in this unique 1,750 sq.ft. condo which treats you to sumptuous amenities incl. 42-inch LCD TV in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art ’Kitchen Aid’® appliances plus espresso machine, free wireless broadband internet, phone, Skype-phone, A/C throughout (central, room controlled), safe and laundry facility with washer/ dryer. Both bedrooms have TVs, walk-in closets and baths en-suite, the Master bath also boasts a Jacuzzi tub. Our oceanfront patio offers spectacular 180° views over the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea and 100% privacy. Our 2nd patio off the bedrooms overlooks the French side all the way to Anguilla on the horizon. Our condo at ‘The Cliff’ gives you a sense of having a private home just minutes away from all the entertainment.

Our family of four had the best vacation ever staying here at the Cliff. This was our third time to St. Maarten and by far the best. The accommodation here are wonderful. We stayed for two weeks and could stay for another two weeks. We all felt at home and really hope to be back next year. I hope everyone enjoys their stay as much as we did. Till next Time

Had a lovely time – nothing like a beautiful view and a daily swim to make this the perfect family vacation after a long cold winter. PS – future Guest: do not go to Philipsburg at the night. Seriously.

One of our BEST vacations ever! We hate to leave! The condo is just lovely – the view is breathtaking and we did enjoy the beautiful gym and pool and many “dips” in Cupecoy. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks again.
