  I can keep this review very short. This rental property was fantastic, best views of the beach and ocean from almost every room. Ample space, very clean, truly amazing kitchen. Hope to get back there asap.Thanks for a trip of a lifetime.

  We recently returned from our family vacation at this wonderful property. The Belize condo is very large, comfortable, and was perfect for our family gathering. The condo is even more beautiful than we had imagined, and the views of the Gulf of Mexico were amazing. As we looked out of the huge windows of the condo, all we could see was the water of the Gulf? We saw dozens of dolphins, and manatees very near the shore all from the condo's large lanai. With the pool, and the beach, shelling, fishing, and boating available, there was always something to do. Everyone had a wonderful vacation, and we all hope to return.

  This condo was absolutely amazing. It was so nice to have 3 of the 4 bedrooms be an ensuite--tons of privacy and plenty of space. Beautiful views from each bedroom. The lanai was large and had an amazing view.....each sunset was magical. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. This building is in the perfect location. Our family really enjoyed the beach and it was perfect for our young children. A lot of beautiful and priceless memories were created within our family during this vacation. We love Marco Island and definitely plan on returning next year.

  This condo was absolutely beautiful. The condo itself was clean, very large, and extremely comfortable. The grounds were immaculate. You absolutely cannot beat the location of this complex. My family and I had such a wonderful time each day watching all the dolphins, manatees, stingrays, and all the other sea life. The beach was perfect for us and our children. I would highly recommend this condominium to anyone that is wanting a relaxing and quiet vacation.

  WOW!!! What a beautiful location and magnificent building. Without question, this is the most elegant building on Marco Island. With exquisite views of the Gulf of Mexico, this condo trumps any other rental we've ever stayed in-and we have probably stayed in over 25 differentn over the last 20 years. It was HUGE, immaculate and perfectly positioned to take advantage of wonderful views from most rooms. Each bedroom, (all of them sizable,) has its own dedicated bathroom. The kitchen is a dream kitchen, open and complete with top-end appliances. With so many different living areas, including a private office with Gulf of Mexico views, there is plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying this beachfront condo. We watched dolphins everyday from the huge lanai and even saw a manatee one morning. The best part of this rental, though, are the people who own and manage it themselves. Attentive from the very first email inquiry, the owners never dropped the ball when we had a question or request. They picked up groceries requested prior to our arrival, provided restaurant suggestions and make recommendations for fun activities for our family. They answered all questions promptly and cheerfully. We left at the end of our month's vacation with the feeling that this family wanted us to have a great time on Marco island. And, return we will: to Marco Island and to any of the homes owned by this local family.

  What a place! Where do we begin? From the very first contact, Linda was especially friendly and accomodating.The rental arrangements went off without a hitch. The picture and reviews on the web site are accurate but can't fully describe this fabulous place. Belize is the finest building on Marco with the best of amenities. This unit is large, clean, private and beautiful. Each window offers breath-taking views of Cape Marco. Spotting dolphins, manatees, stingrays & pelicans from the balcony was an unexpected delight. The Belize staff are cordial and friendly. Matt, the property manager, made us feel like family and was always readily available and helpful. This was our first time swimming in an infinity pool...so relaxing as it overlooks the gulf. We enjoyed using the beautiful gym and pool every day. You'll never grow weary of walking Marco's vast and wonderful beach. From there you have public access to several beachside bars such as Sunset Grille and Stiltz. Marco Island is relaxed and laid back as are several restaurants we frequented...Da VInci's, CJ's, NeNe's Kitchen and Davide Cafe. From direct and gorgeous sunset views off the lanai (11th floor) to FABULOUS accommodations, this rental has it all! You have to come and experience it!   This is our second time rentng a vacation home from this local family.The first was a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home less than a mile from the beach and it was just lovely, We had such a great experience that we decided to try a month in their luxury condo this time around. Elegant does even begin to describe the condo or the Belize building. Elevators are private to your condo and open into your unit's foyer. The lanai is HUGE and such a wonderful spot to dolphin and manatee watch. The 4 bedrooms with dedicated baths affords the utmost in privacy. The condo is unbelievably big (they told us 4200 square feet) and gives your family lots of space for work or play. The private office with incredible views allows some work work for those who need to do so. Beach views unsurpassed by any other condo on the beach, a private movie theatre in the building, his and hers saunas in the world class gym, a whirlpool spa big enough for a party and hosts that will do anything to see that your trip is a vacation of a lifetime. Now THAT is a vacation! Our hosts provided groceries requested for our arrival, excellent restaurant recommendations, links for spas and flowers for my wife's birthday! Oh, and did I mention that they met us for a 11:30 pm check in??? They are gracious and kind and seemed to genuinely care whether or not we had a good time. We say 5 out of 5 without hesitation for any of this couple's Marco Island properties!

  Paradise! Not only is this condo beautiful with an amazing view, but the owner’s are the ultimate hosts! - they both went out of their way to make our stay perfect! Imagine waking up to the sounds of the Gulf and ending your day by enjoying Marco Island’s picture-perfect sunsets on the huge balcony. There is plenty of space and privacy at this luxurious condo that has all the comforts of home and beyond. Once you stay here, you won’t want to spend your stay anywhere else on Marco - you will be truly spoiled!

  we had the pleasure of staying at his condo. It was a month of elegant living and total relaxation. The condo was even more beautiful then the photos showed with enough space (4200 sq feet) to feel like a home away from home (only nicer!). The condo has all the amenities you could ever need, the owners were very accommodating and gave us a tour of the condo and the lobby, pool, garage area upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable which certainly helps when you are traveling away from home. The in-condo office provided quiet accommodations to get work done without interfering with the rest of the household. The owner was kind enough to provide restaurant suggestions - they were great leads and the food was excellent. The pool was beautiful, warm and large. The ocean and beach was great fun - on a daily basis we saw dolphins swim close to shore. We were able to enjoy a day of parasailing and boating - renting a boat for our own use - the marina recommended by the owner was a great lead. Kayaking adventures to deserted islands was another great activity. We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Marco Island - it was very tough to return home! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who desires space and beauty. Hopefully it will remain a destination for our family for years to come.

  We not only fell in love with Marco Island itself but also with this beautiful, luxurious condo. It was everything and more that was described on the website. In fact, the pictures don't really do it justice. With four bedrooms and four baths you don't have to worry about everyone being on top of each other. In fact, there is so much space it does take a little time to get acclimated. The gourmet kitchen is perfect. When we were inside we spent most of our time in the kitchen and attatched living area. I think one of my favorite things about this condo is the view of the gulf. It is breathtaking!!! The sunsets are amazing and there are always dolphins to keep and eye out for. Same with at the pool. You can lay on your pool chair and watch dolphins all day long. I guess the only draw back I can think of about this property is that you have to have a key to get anywhere. Even the beach. That took a little getting used too making sure that the right people had keys depending on where you were going. Some of our favorite places to eat from a casual stand point would be Cocomos, Snooks Inn and Quinns at the Marriott. Definately go to Quinns for a sunset dinner on the beach! The pizza at Joeys Pizza is pretty darn good too. Make sure and take an excursion to the Everglades and go on the airboats to see all the wildlife. Mainly alegators! Just a short drive down the road from Marco and well worth it. If you are looking for a very nice place to stay with all the luxuries of home and a view to die for, this is place to stay!
