This Beachfront boutique Condominium complex have the Largest One Bedroom Condos on Panama City Beach. My condo has Two Queen Sized Beds in the Bedroom suite plus it's own Full sized bathroom and large shower with sliding doors. A sliding door Closet is in the bedroom. There is also a Second Bathroom located off the Hallway that has a Bathtub and Shower so you can either shower or soak bathe.
A new Queen sized Sleeper Sofa and love sofa is located in the Great Room; You CAN sleep 6 if you need to. The Hallway area also has a closet.
The Great room has a Very large HDTV with DVD and VCR,etc. The Dining Room and the Great Room has one wall with floor to ceiling mirror which enhances the Condo and Water reflection.
The private Balcony offers another storage closet. It has a reclining lounge and chairs with cocktail table. You can smoke on this Balcony if you wish.
The entire unit is tiled with 17 inch taupe colored tile which was layed on the oblique. This offers a very pleasing appearance.
The kitchen has an elevated Dome lighted ceiling and has All the Appliances you would hope for. There is a counter bar and Two high seat bar stools overlooking the Kitchen area.
Your balcony offers its own charcoal Barbecue. The Balcony Closet has abundant supplies of Barbecue briquettes,and other supplies needed such as lighter fluids, barbecue lighters, Flavored Wood Chips plus an abundance of Grilling Utensils. This really enhances your cooking options. It is a rarity to find a Condomium complex that offers you a Barbecue on your own Balcony. There is NO going down the elevator to some outside Cooking barbecue.
The Beach Side location is great. Parking for your autos is directly in front of the Condominium Building.
My Condo has High speed internet with USB and also a wireless connection capacity within Condo #508.
Another desirable feature is that you will be located near the famous Saint Andrews State Park for ALL that it offers you.

If it is a Popular relaxed Restaurant, Bar and dancing you enjoy, you can either walk on the beach, the sidewalk or drive to the nearby SCHOONER's Restaurant. It is one of the very few BeachFront Restaurants remaining on Panama City Beach.
This Condominium offers such a great view, Gulfside Balcony containing your Own Barbecue, Can Sleep 6 including the Great Room Sleeper Sofa, be located in such a Boutique Building Complex with All the Amenities, including even Tennis Court. It Offers Great Value in this Beachfront Environment.
My Condo was booked for the winter; however, it is now suddently available for February and March because unexpectacly they had to return North.
You would find this Condo an excellent residence for either the month of February and most of March for either a monthly stay or just a weeks rental. The Mariner East is noted for being a very hospitable placed of residence.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo Directly on Beach
This Condominium has the luxury of a VERY large HDTV , is Tiled through out, has a dome type very well lighted Kitchen. You have YOUR OWN Laundry room for your unit with a Full sized Maytag Washer and Dryer to take care of what we all know we need when we are taking a family to the Beach for the Vacation. The pool is heated, and has a Beach front protected area for reading, sunning, or whatever. We have a Tennis Court which even has night lighting, a basketball hoop area, shuffleboard, great popular Gulf front Restaurants within Beach walking area and additional top rated Seafood and Steak Restaurants within only minutes of driving time. It is a true GET AWAY to enjoy everything at the Beach and all types of Beach-Water and Fishing activities. There are amusement parks and Golf Courses readily available. These are just to mention some of the activities available to you. And by present day standards, Panama City Beach and especially this Condominium is very reasonable. The Balcony barbecue can save you a bundle by having your own facilities on your own Balcony AND you will find all the barbeque supplies, lighters, etc etc right there on your own Balcony in the enclosed Closet. I am a long time retired M.D. (Orthopedic Surgeon). Previous to purchasing this Condominium which was owned by a sister of my realtor, I lived in a Florida County to the East of Bay County. We were constantly traveling to Bay County for its many amenities, including functions of the Panama City Music Association, The Martin Theater, a live performance Theatre here in Panama City ,the Bay Arts Association activities, and our very important Gulf Jazz Society functiona with the music and also the wonderful 16 Piece Swing Band. In other words, Bay County has MUCH to offer. So we purchased this Condominium after much searching as a home for our visits to Panama City Beach.
I subsequently did MAJOR upgrades in the Condominium and the furnishings to meet what we wanted for our personal use. We now live in the St. Andrews area in the Western portion of Panama City and continue to enjoy and participate in the MANY great features of our area. My wife is very active and on the Boards of several of our Civic organizations. Thus, we love having our Beach Condo nearby, but we decided as permanent residents to live in Panama City itself. I decided to definitely keep this Condominium because of it economical features, barbecue facilities right there on our own Gulf front Beach side Balcony, etc. It is a Great getaway and it allows us to have as many a 6 persons occupy the condo with its 2 Queen sized Beds and Queen Sleeper sofa. The family enjoys it immensely. We have a large family located though out the USA and it offers a wonderful place for them to stay and enjoy our Beach. However, unless it is listed as occupied on the "Connect" Calendar, it is available for Year Around RENTAL for anyone who desires such a great place to stay in the Boutique Condominium Complex on the desirable Eastern portion of Panama City Beach. As a family w3e enjoy ALL the many aspects offered at the Condominium Complex and it's immediate Beach and Gulf Front atmosphere.

Dr Peterson's Condo was a wonderful place to stay; very comfortable for the Family; reasonably priced, and in a great location. It is locataed on the Beach, close to many restaurants and attractions, but far enough from the normal spring break activities that your family can have a great time.
