Two story villa with a sunken living room and a large open entertaining area that includes fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and family room. Ground floor also includes a half bath, laundry room, and outdoor deck under the trees. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths - large master suite with king bed, second master suite with queen bed, and third bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath across the hall.
Villa comes with wireless internet connectivity, TV, VCR, DVD, and CD player. Convenient location is a short walk to the beach and world-class Van der Meer tennis. Rent includes lockable beach locker at ocean-side Shipyard beach club and one free hour of tennis included per day ($40/day value). Arrangement with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals for discount bike rentals, including delivery and pick up right to condo. Community swimming pool is open during high season and to all guests. Shipyard plantation has a 27 hole golf course and miles of scenic bike paths along a series of connected lagoons. Hilton Head offers fantastic restaurants and a relaxing lifestyle that is loved by many!

Why the Owner Chose Beach Walk
We fell in love the Hilton Head years ago. It is romantic, beautiful (especially by bike!) and we think Shipyard has one of the prettiest, most pristine beaches we have seen on the East Coast. We can't seem to last more than 6 months at a time without revisiting our villa. We have 2 small children and they love it as well. Restaurants are fantastic - some quite upscale, others more family-friendly. There is something for everyone here.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Easy drive (35 mins off I95). As for flights, there are many carriers who fly to Savannah, GA, leaving only a 45 minute drive north to HHI. Alternatively, there are flights into HHI airport, usually connecting in Charlotte.

The condo was clean and well appointed. It was supplied with everything we needed. The photos and descriptions accurate. Our family rented this upgraded unit in June and were very pleased with the condo. We especially appreciated having a cart to wheel toys to the beach and the use of a locker for beach chairs. There are interesting shops and great restaurants nearby.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Cindy- I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your condo in Hilton Head! The condo was absolutely perfect. We loved the kitchen – I’ve never stayed in a condo that was so well supplied with utensils and appliances. We did quite a bit of cooking and we had everything we needed. The location was also perfect! We were just far enough from the beach so that we got a good walk in each day. Thank you so much for helping make our stay in Hilton Head so wonderful!! Our children have already said they want to go back – we are also telling our friends about your place! Thanks again for helping make our family vacation a wonderful relaxing time for all!

Hi to both of you. The villa looks great!!! I love everything you have done; the kitchen, bathrooms, rugs and the change of lamps, artwork etc.. I think it adds real warmth to the villa. The new tv was also a big surprise. Looking forward to next year already.

I just wanted you both to know that our time spent at Hilton Head and at your condo was nothing short of fantastic. I have travelled the world and frankly, that was the BEST vacation of my life. My children (all four of them) relished in our adventure as much as we did. Riding our bikes on the trails and on the beach, seeing all the wonderful wildlife and nature was spectacular. We were also VERY happy with the accommodations. It was perfect for a family of our size.

We are back from a wonderful week in Hilton Head and i wanted to thank you for providing us such a nice place to stay. We loved the lay out of the condo, in that it allowed lots of people to still have their privacy. The kitchen area was nice in that it was large enough to accomodate 7 people. We had a great time and had no problems.
