LAKE WATEREE The perfect lakefront getaway for all seasons! This home has a very natural and rustic appeal. Located on a nicely wooded lot with plenty of shade the home is sided in rough-cut wood siding and has wood on the floors and walls inside. A large spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and fireplace. A warm and inviting kitchen with large pantry.
The Master bedroom suite is located on the main floor, while the additional 2 bedrooms are located upstairs. A very gently sloping lot makes access to the lake and pier a breeze. The property consists of a private pier and floating dock, as well as a concrete boat ramp for launching your own boats or Jet ski's. There is also a covered drive thru boathouse to keep your boat out of the weather if you choose. The home is located on a quiet cove just off of the main lake. It is also located on a short dead end street so Privacy and peace and quiet are almost a guarantee! A very nice home for your weekend getaway or family vacation!

Full day of fishing with a professional fishing guide when you choose to stay 3 consecutive nights Wednesday – Saturday for only $750. (Includes maid service)

My family enjoyed staying in your lake house for the second time this Memorial Day weekend.Again,we had my whole family from Camden come up for a cookout and the house,deck,and yard accommodated all 28 of us.The younger kids enjoyed running around and playing in the yard and playing around the edge of the water,Some fished,others played games on the front lawn and everyone enjoyed being at the lake again! The Colonel Creek Resta. had a great Bar-b-que and live music that we enjoyed Saturday night and right up the road-so we didnt have to go anywhere once we got there-Thanks again for your great lake house!

We have vacationed in this home three times and have truly loved every minute. We have changed out annual trip from the beach to stay at the lake. The accomodations are supurb and the location is wonderful. We will be back again and again.

What a great 10 days we had at your unique home on the lake. Of course the weather cooperated which always makes a difference but from the minute we got there we felt right at home and we did what any other family member would have..made room for ourselves, cleaned out a few cob webs and spruced up the place and adjusted it for our needs then fully enjoyed ourselves and lived like it was our place too..it just feels like home. We left it ready for the next lucky family and I hope they have as much fun with good times and the love you feel there and enjoy the peacefulness of being on the lake. So glad we found you all again and you can be sure we'll be back, if not staying with you all next year maybe we'll be your neighbors.
