The best place to stay in Breckenridge is at "The Village". It is a true Ski in and Ski out location at the base of Peak Nine. The Quick Silver chair lift is less than 100 yards from your door.

It is 1/2 block from Breckenridge's historic Main Street, loaded with restaurants, bars, and shopping galore. Entertainment for the whole family is easily within walking distance. The amenities at the Village include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, full workout room, sauna, steam room, full-service business center, Wi-Fi, and access to a great video library.

This large, 3 bedroom unit overlooks the children's ski school area, with magnificent views of the ski runs of Peak Nine, and Baldy Mountain. Each bedroom has its own sink/vanity area for added convenience. This unit includes a wood burning fireplace, spacious kitchen, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Recently renovated with new carpet, paint, and bathroom upgrades.
There is much entertainment in watching the kids in the ski school just outside your backdoor.
This is a cozy "home away from home", with views from every window. Comfort and Convenience at it's Best!

We love Breckenridge! The town is charming, casual, and friendly, and the slopes have 4 different peaks to ski - it is The Best!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

Our unit is only 100 yds from the Quicksilver chair lift, it is truly ski-in ski-out!
We are located directly above the childrens ski school, which is very entertaining when you are relaxing in the livingroom.
We are only 1/2 block to historical Main Street where restaurants, shops, and bars are abundant!
No need to drive when you have everything within walking distance

This condo is owned by two sisters and their families. One sister lives in Florida with her husband, and the other lives in Maui with her husband and 3 children.
We love to meet up at our condo in the winter and again in the summer to enjoy some of the best times of our lives

The owner was great to work with and the condo was furnished nicely. This is by far the best unit in the complex, being the closest unit to the Quicksilver lift and facing the slopes, which was an awesome view while sitting in the living room or on the balcony. Being on the first floor (with units) was convenient also because you could ski right to the exterior stair door and climb one flight of stairs and be in the room (and not have to go to the elevator). This place is definitely convenient to town / shops / restaurants also. We walked everywhere we needed to go, not getting back in our rental car until it was time to go home. We will be staying here again the next time we're in Breckenridge.

Tough To Beat!

Stayed in this wonderful condo with two of our adult children and their families. Condo was perfect! It overlooks children's ski school (where I could monitor our five yr old grandson all day), kitchen equipped to the max (except I needed scissors), quiet, yet on the slopes in less than five minutes. Location is wonderful for both skiers and those on the sidelines. The process for picking up keys and getting checked in was super easy. Absolutely no complaints from making reservation to checking out. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully, an annual family tradition in the making!!!

Owner response:Thank you so much, I am so glad you all had a great time! Watching the kids in ski school below is always entertaining! The quietness is nice too. We had another condo at the Village that was very noisy and we could hear people all night. Our corner unit has no adjoing walls to other units so we have a quiet buffer zone, which makes it nice. We will replenish the scissors again, they seem to walk away on us. Thank you again for staying with us, and hope you guys will come back again soon!

Our trip to Breckenridge this Mardi Gras was the best ever. The condo was very well appointed, very convenient to everything, a true ski in/out, and the snow was perfect. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We were within walking distance to everything, the quicksilver lift is just steps away, every evening we walked to town for dinner and shopping, and our kids were in ski school and we picked them up right outside the condo. Breckenridge sports is located in the Maggie Building next door, which is also a plus. We want to thank the owners for sharing their lovely condo with us and we will be back next year for Mardi Gras if it is available. The view of the slopes from the balcony is incredible!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The unit is nicely furnished and the kitchen had all the essentials, and then some. A large dining room table was the perfect place for meals for the 6 adults in our party. The ski racks inside the door made for easy equipment storage. The proximity to the lifts and to town is GREAT...this was especially nice during our visit when it snowed, and snowed, and snowed. The only draw back is on snowy mornings, the snowplows come by early in the a.m....but for those who are up early to be on the lifts when they start, this is not a problem.

My family and I stayed here through the new year and it was beautiful! We watched some amazing fire works on New Year's Eve and it was right outside the condo's balcony. I didn't even need to get off the couch to see them! To make this condo even more convenient, the ski lifts were only 70 yards away. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Thank you so much for letting us use your condo during our vacation!

This was a vacation of four Mom's and their kids. We had a great time. This condo is updated, very nicely decorated, and clean. The journal they keep in the room with lots of information from resturants, hikes, horseback riding, and more was very helpful. We have never visited Breckenridge in the winter but feel there is just as much to do in the summer. Thank you for all your help, we hope to visit again very soon

Location, convinence and hospitality are what you'll find at The Village #2201! Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving Week here. Located with the base of Peak 9 literally out the back door and the top of the town out the front...you can't find a more perfect spot. Although we skied, boarded and/or walked to everything, the heated garage was nice for loading and unloading all our gear. The unit is updated with high end counter tops, tile and appliances--and the set up is very comfortable, even with a load of teenagers. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and the fact that everything was in working order. This place is the real deal. The photos and the descriptions are truly accurate--which in this day and age is not always the case. We would highly recommend this condo for all the things mentioned above as well as the hospitality of the owners who made the whole process pleasant and easy for us. Think Snow!

Our family from around the country met in Breckenridge in Decemeber and stayed in this unit. It was perfect for all of us. For the older ones who didn't ski, they could walk to the shops and restaurants, and stayed entertained by watching the children learn to skii just below our unit. The kids enjoyed the game room, the 4 hot tubs, and indoor/outdoor pool kept them happy when not at the slopes. It is very nice, cozy and a joy to stay at. We will defintely come back to this unit. It is well kept and very comfortable.
