Aloha from Christyl and Robert.

This charming and secluded bungalow is a ten-minute walk from a beautiful, black sand beach where the dolphins frequently come to play. Whales are seen from December through April on our scenic coastline. The bungalow is close to the ocean, and some times the whales can be heard at night singing or flapping their tails! The background sound of the waves are soothing to the soul. Wake up to the melody of the birds in the forest. The pace is slow here, a good place to unwind.

Christyl has been a licensed massage therapist since 1982, and we live just across the street, so massage is available to our guests.

We are happy to give you information on options on our island, or in the area. Please let us know if we can be of service. You might have noticed that we love where we live!

  • and Surfing, Lava Viewing, there is Ahalanui Beach Park seven miles down the road where you will find an amazing thermal pool (about 90 degrees) The pond is about 80 by 200 ft, and from 3 to 6 ft, deep depending on the tides, It is surrounded by palm trees and is a mixture of hot water from thermal springs, and ocean water, It is crystal clear, and a break wall allows some ocean in but keeps the waves out, so the pond is smooth, and safe even for small children, This is one of our favorites!
