We rented this property for three months and very much enjoyed being in the Quail Creek area. This unit is conveniently located near the clubhouse, fitness center, pool, tennis and golf courses. The unit was not clean when we arrived and we had several issues while we were there. The advertised "golf cart" did not work for the first month of our stay. The vacuum did not pick up debris from the carpet. The toaster didn't work. Linens, including towels, sheets and blankets were worn and in poor condition.
