Hi Michael, We enjoyed our week vacation at your 29th floor condo at the Waikiki Banyan. Your condo was clean, well appointed, and the queen-size bed was more comfortable than your own. It is close to everything we enjoy about Waikiki and our daily walks around Diamond Head. We have been to Waikiki several times and found your condo to be a great value, we wish we had known of it sooner. We look forward to returning in the years to come. Waikiki Banyan Condo on 29th Floor of Tower 1. This unit was everything we expected and more. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The floor was nice tile and everything was decorated nicely to fit the Hawaiian style. We had a lot of room and never felt cramped but there was only 2 of us. This unit would work well for larger groups as well. The floor to ceiling windows make the view that much better. The view allows you to watch the surfers in the ocean first thing in the morning with your coffee and watch the beautiful skyline over the canal as well. We have already recommended this condo to our parents and a couple of friends ... as long as they don't book it when we want to go. We will definitely rent this condo again for our next trip. Michael and Camille were great to work with and always very helpful. Mahalo and Happy New Year!

Hi Michael, Thank you for the use of your wonderful condo. Our vacation was second to none. The new kitchen is beautiful and makes the living space bigger, and more functional. The free wifi was a godsend for communicating with family at home. The lanai was wonderful for coffee and lunches and beach watching. The sunsets were spectacular as were the rainbows. The condo was exceptionally clean and functional. The bed was comfortable and there was an abundance of towels. Having the laundry room so close was a blessing for our extended stay. The location was fantastic, as we loved to walk and explore our surroundings. We did rent a car & were pleased with the security & parking availability. The area was noticeably clean & safe, we walked around at night not concerned about safety. Ammenities such as stores, transportation, restaurants, and tours very close and the condo is known by all tour companies, so no confusion getting picked up. Used the pool area a few times and it was clean and fun. The little store was very handy for a couple of the things we forgot,and to grab a bottle of water or the like when you are heading out for the day. Mahalo again, Michael we enjoyed ourselves to the max, and hopefully to return soon...Bobbie & Brian

Thanks to Michael, for making his lovely condo available for holiday rental. We recently returned from a relaxing week on the 29th floor of the Banyan. The condo is clean, comfortable and has everything provided for a great holiday. We loved sitting on the balcony/lanai for meals. Location was convenient and only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and buses. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

We Really Enjoyed Our Stay

The review title says it all. My wife, our three-year old, and I had a great time. We just got back from 2.5 weeks in the condo. The condo is close to so many things: one block to the beach, two blocks to the zoo, easy walking distance to all kinds of all of shopping (including grocery), restaurants, entertainment, and our favorite, a Yogurtland was nearby. The unit includes parking so if you rent a car, the entire island of Oahu is easily accessible. Enough about location. The unit itself is wonderful with a great view of the ocean and the mountains. There are two TVs, a DVD player, and wired/wireless internet connection. We are iJunkies with two iPhones, an iPad, and laptops so this was important to us. The kitchen has all the utensils and ammenities you need. The building has a very nice pool, a snack bar by the pool, a coffee shop, and a quick-stop shop for those odd-items you forgot to buy. There is even an assortment of beach gear in the unit. The unit itself was very clean and well-maintained. I also found Michael to be very responsive to any questions we had. I strongly recommend the unit. We hated to leave, we definitely would do it again, and we are recommending it to our friends.

Enjoyed everything about condo. New Year's fireworks from boats and on water, visible from the 29th floor unit and Michael's 35th floor unit, were awesome. Found condo clean with enough towels and beach equipment. Queen bed in bedroom was comfortable.

I stayed in this lovely condo for 2 weeks in Dec 2010 and I'm planning to book it for next year. The location was excellent and the view was fantastic: I did not have to give up the ocean for the mountains, I had both! Most importantly, the condo itself was very clean. I got there at night after more than 20 hours of traveling and as soon as I came in, I knew right away that I was in a safe and clean place where I could immediately crash into bed! I strongly recommend this place.

Location is great, only one block from the beach. The condo wasn't very clean, towels and dishclothes smelled bad.

Owner response:We appreciate guest's comments and have drawn them to our housekeeper's attention. If this occurs again, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately, so we can make your stay fully satisfactory and pleasant. In this case, during guest's stay, we were not made aware of any of guest's concerns. Our cleaning person lives two blocks from the Banyan and could have easily come and promptly addressed any cleaning issues. Our phone numbers are posted on inside entry door of unit. Approximately two-three weeks after guest's departure, guest approached us via e-mail to book condo again for same period later this year, so we were surprised to read this review posted three weeks after guest's inquiry to book again.

Janka and I stayed in the condo last October for more than two weeks - and we loved that condo, our cosy home for our holiday in Hawaii. We appreciated that everything is so close to just everything. We had a warm welcome and very good instructions for the condo (thanks Jayne). The unit really gives you a good base for all the walk outs and we could have a good sleep there, too. Everything was very clean and in a good maintenance. And the view from the condo is way too cool. Just fantastic. We often cooked in the kitchen, everything was there what a cook makes happy. Jayne's care and all the support we had from Michael and from his team were just great. Thank you very much. We did not love to leave and we strongly recommend this condo. Mahalo :-)

The condo was a little dated, but clean. The views from the Lanai were great and well missed. Free parking with the rental was a big perk. Location is one block from the beach and near many restaurants and shops.

Our family stayed in the suite on the 29th floor and we absolutely loved our vacation experience. We had not booked a suite this way before and everything was taken care of. We just came back from 14 day stay at you're condo. We would like to thank you Michael for letting us stay at you're wonderful condo. The view was great, the unit was clean and well kept. We really liked the kitchen where we could cook our meals. Your Unit was very spacious and we really appreciated the sun in the early moring; my husband and I really enjoyed having coffee on the lanai. Once again, Mahalo Michael!
