Professionally decorated, this gorgeous South Florida home is a perfect place to relax and unwind on your vacation. Easy access to grocery stores and shops, famous Ft Myers beach is 10 minutes away; the Airport is 15 minutes; great restaurants abound!

Spend your days at the beach or shopping nearby-both are easily accessible within minutes. At night, enjoy a fabulous sunset dinner on the screened lanai overlooking the canal or relax and watch a movie in the beautifully decorated living area. Professional chef available for private catered dinners with advance arrangements.

Separate master suite with queen bed/private bath has private access to the screened lanai. Bedroom two has a queen bed; bedroom three has twin beds.

All the amenities you need to make your stay stress free and easy! This is the best vacation spot in Fort Myers!

Beds	Queen Bed: Master suite and bedroom #2 have queen beds. Twin/Single Bed (2): Bedroom #3 has twin beds.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV (2): TVs in living room and master suite. DVD VCR Video Library: We have a nice assortment of movies available; also Blockbuster rental is 5 minutes away. CD Player Stereo System Music Library: Wide assortment of music available.
Kitchen	Full Kitchen Cooking Utensils Provided: Fully equipped with all essential cooking/meal prep utensils. Refrigerator: Stocked with condiments, coffee, tea, sugar. Dishwasher Microwave Ice Maker Catering Available: Professional chef contact can be provided; book arrangements prior to stay.
Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill: Please use ready start charcoal briquets, no starter fluid permitted. Lanai: Fully screened two level-lanai with dining table, four chairs on upper, conversational seating area on lower.
View/Location	Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: Overlooking canal and owner's boat dock.
Communications	Telephone: Available for local calls only.
Suitability	No Pets Allowed Handicapped Accessible Not Suitable for Children: Suitable for children 14 and over. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Minimum age of responsible party is 25; if any member of a group is under 25, an additional deposit may be required. Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking not permitted inside.
