MARBLE 12 JET TUB IN MASTER BEDROOM TV ON THE WALL CAN BE TURNED TO WATCH WHEN YOU ARE SOAKING IN THE JET TUB . TOP OF THE LINE LINENS AND TOWELS. YOU NEED NOT BRING ANYTHING BUT, YOUR CLOTHS . THE KITCHEN HAS NATURAL STONE COUNTER TOPS AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO HAVE DINNER FOR TWO OR A PARTY.WE HAVE A CHRISTMAS TREE ON THE BEACH AND A PARTY EVERY YEAR.THE LIVING ROOM HAS S/S AND EX LARGE SONY TV W/H.D. THIS HOUSE SLEEPS 4 IN BEDS AND WE CAN SLEEP ONE ON THE EX LARGE SOFA ALSO TWIN BEDS IN THE SECOND BEDROOM . ALSO A QUEEN AIR BED . Hi, I am a single mother of two girls. both of my girls lived on the beach and loved it so when they grew up and moved away I decided to share my small part of paradise with the world . It's the most natural and clean beach in florida . I say natural cause you never know when you may be taking a walk on the beach at night and just about walk into a turtle laying her eggs . yes its on the web site ck it out . I make my home yours. My guests become like family . In 17 years of renting I can say I have never had anyone not happy with what they got for the money. My places are cleaned by me the owner. And if you need something I am here to get it . I am never more then a phone call away.Ok, I hope to see you on the Beach gotta go it's Sunset Time !!!
Why the Owner Chose Englewood Beach
Englewood Beach is like old fl still. I know I am safe to walk the beach at anytime day or night . You can still have a firer pit on the beach except in turtle season may-oct . I can still take a sleeping bag down and sleep under the stars and no one is going to come run me off. The fishing is great ! I can walk to a charter fishing boat and be out fishing by 6-7 in the am . I can feel completely safe at night with my doors unlocked. So to me its my part of paradise . This units are called the FRIST MATES QTS SLEEPS 4 .THE CAPTAINS QTS SLEEPS 4 AND THE DECK HANDS QTS SLEEPS 2 . BUT WE CAN PUT TWO MORE ON BIG LEATHER SOFA'S SLEEPS 12 # SO BOOK NOW FOR THAT SUMMER FAMILY REUNION 3 KITCHENS 4 BATHROOMS 2 OUTSIDE SHOWERS AND 3 PATIO'S AND OUTSIDE BAR AND MUSIC, FREE WASHER & DRYER !! And Maid service weekly if you pay extra for that service.
The Unique Benefits of this House
I have three units here. But I really like the one down stairs the best . I have a private courtyard with an electric shade. A nice place to have friends come and sit outside and listen to the outside sounds of jazz on the s/s. And the hammock is just wonderful . We have electric at the out side bar so you can make your frozen drinks. And the best part the washer and dryer are on that floor . And it's fenced in so I can let my doggie run. But If you like the life of Baby Grand piano and big screen TV and a massage chair, oh and the 12 jet marble bath for two then you would love the upstairs . I call that unit The Captains Qts and a nice view of the beach from the patio too, But if you're more the budget kind and you know you will be on the beach 90% of the time and don't want to spend allot on the place as much as you want to spend it on yourself then you want the Eff apt called the Deck Hands qts sleeps two. Small but perfect size for two . queen bed and sony tv full kitchen and a shower one in the apt and one outside when you come back from the beach the two of you can shower outside or in and off to dinner you go just a short walk and you have three nice restaurants to eat at. Or stay home you have a large patio you can grill some steaks . And go down and watch sunset with a glass of wine what could be more perfect !
