Gorgeous, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, half duplex right on the ocean. Newly refurbished in 2007. It has new kitchen appliances; new bathroom and kitchen counter tops, the living room and bedrooms were newly redecorated with cool and relaxing beach colors. It is clean and fresh, and you will absolutely LOVE this house.
There are two master bedrooms upstairs both with queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. One of them is oceanfront with it's own private balcony. There are two bedrooms downstairs one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 full size beds. These bedrooms share a buddy bathroom. There is also a huge deck with built in seating on the first floor. You even have an enclosed, hot and cold water, outside shower.
The family room has a beautiful two-story cathedral ceiling with a wall of windows to enjoy the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. We often see the dolphins swimming and playing right in front of the house several times a day!
Staying Oceanfront is the Best way to go!! Just walk out the door and down a few stairs and you are on the beach! You don't have to worry about finding a place to park or dragging the beach gear all over the place. Plus, no more worrying about where to go to the bathroom. You can go and come from the house to beach with no worries!
We are pet friendly (up to two dogs). Absolutely NO smoking. This price includes maid service before and after your stay. If you do not want to bring your own linens you can rent them from a company on the island.
We rent this from Saturday to Saturday. We will consider partial weeks/weekends, only during Off-season if not previously rented.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Isle
Emerald Isle is the prefect place for our family! It is a quaint island that is not overly commercial, it provides many local stores and restaurants and has wonderful Southern hospitality! The island is part of the Crystal Coast and has lovely beaches that stretch for miles as well as Bogue Sound on the other side of the island, where we can take out the boat, kayak, or just enjoy the marsh land.
The Unique Benefits at this Duplex
Our home is located in the middle of the island close to both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, but still in a residential area with only private homes surrounding us for several miles. The island is fairly narrow at this location, so the homes are only 3 deep on the ocean side and one row of homes on the sound side, making the beaches never overcrowded.
And the best part is the Atlantic Ocean is right outside the front door, a short walkway and 8 steps down and your feet are in the sand! For us it is perfect for a young family to have the bathroom and kitchen only steps away!

We bought the house in Emerald Isle to create lasting memories for our family! The kids absolutely love the beach, from digging in the sand, wake boarding, swimming, shell collecting and visiting the local aquarium we always have a great visit. The house gives us a great opportunity to enjoy each other and even invite friends to join us! The best part is the ocean is right outside the front door, with little ones it is ideal to have the bathroom and kitchen only steps away!
