Wasatch Mountain Club Lodge in the Winter - Brighton Ski Vacation Rental The WMC lodge is located at the top of Big Cottonwood Cayon near the Brighton Ski Resort. This lodge cabin, a Utah Historic Building, was built by the club members themselves back in the 1920's. The lodge is used for a variety of WMC social functions, but can also be rented. Recent renovations to the lodge include the installation of flush toilets and showers. The two dormitory-style rooms on the second floor provide sleeping accomodations for about 25 people. The kitchen contains a stove and refrigerator, and is stocked with utensils or culinary items. All users of the lodge are expected to clean up after use. A cleaning/security deposit of $200 is required. A live-in caretaker does reside on the premises, but is not there all of the time.
