Why the Owner Chose Glendale
Living in the Arizona Mountains I have always enjoyed having a retreat in the Valley of the Sun as a getaway from the snow and cold winters. In 2006 I bought my Glendale home which is conveniently located in the New West Valley just a mile from Westgate Center, Jobbing.com Stadium, University of Phoenix Stadium, the AZ Cardinals Football and Coyote Hockey. Being a baseball fan the location is heaven during spring training with the Peoria Sports Complex, Surprise Stadium & the New Glendale Dodgertown just minutes away. The location is perfect for my flying hobby as well as I enjoy the many reasonable and fine Golf Courses nearby. While living on a remote ranch I enjoy the convenience of my Glendale home for shopping. There are too many choices to shop or dine within minutes. Over the past couple years I have remodeled the home to have every amenity expected for my enjoyment and to share with my guests.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Unique benefits of staying in my Glendale home is it is designed as my escape vacation home that I personally manage for the comfort and cleanliness I require. I personally stay in the home regularly to update furnishings, deep clean and assure all is maintained. The furnishings are all high end and include some of my personal art collection including my collector Herschede Grandfather Clock which makes me feel at home. Hopefully it makes my guests feel like they are staying with friends. I try to have an array of spices and useful items like aluminum foil, zip lock bags and paper goods in the pantry The Hot tub is drained and sanitized after each guest visit. With many requests for a Heated pool my last visit I had a metered Propane Pool Heater installed for those that need it. The superb quality of my home and its neighborhood feel make it a home away from home while being close to so many events and shopping experiences make it special.

My name is Brandon Evans, a native of Arizona, retired 4 Diamond Hotel & Restaurant Owner and presently Chef and Owner of Route 66 Catering Company dealing mainly with Corporate and Offsite Film Set foodservice. Being a native of Arizona I was raised in Williams, “The Gateway to the Grand Canyon”, and now reside on my remote Buffalo ranch at the cool 7800’ elevation north of Parks, Arizona. Not many people are as blessed to look out my window in the morning to see Bison mixed with a few Bull Elk, Antelope and other amazing creatures roaming the pasture silhouetted by the San Francisco Peaks. My Caterings allows me to travel to some unique locations and visit some fascinating sites but I just love the diverse beauty found in Arizona. We have everything from the Grand Canyon to majestic 13000’ peaks with skiing. Just a 2-3 hour drive takes you from the ominous Canyon & Peaks through the picturesque Sedona Red Rock Canyons to the mystical deserts and culture of the Valley of the Sun. It is like living in Vacation.
I am single with 2 grown children. My daughter is an Esthetician working between Scottsdale and Sedona while my son graduated from Arizona State University and is a PGA Professional Golfer. One of my favorite hobbies is flying. I am a private pilot SEL/Rotorcraft and have built and flown 4 unique aircraft. My current project is a 2 place Gyroplane which I fly out of Buckeye, just west of my Glendale home whenever I can.

Brandon This was our 3rd rental of your beautiful home and must say this stay was better than all the other stays with your addition of wyfi high speed internet and the shades for the patio. Truly our home when we visit the phoenix area. I highly recommend your home to anyone wanting a clean and fantastic home. See you in June!

Had a great time. The place had everything we wanted. The owner is always willing to help out with any plans. It was a guys weekend of hockey and football games. Westgate is a great party area. The only downside was the pool is too cold during the winter season to use and heated by propane which could get expensive. We would go back if we ever want the same party weekend in Glendale.

My family had the pleasure to stay a week in Brandon’s home in November and must say it was better than advertised. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and very clean with everything our family could have wanted. Pops enjoyed the outdoor BBQ grill and relaxing while I and the kids played in the Hot Tub, pool soaking up some nice sun. This Canadian family highly recommends Brandon’s home for not only it’s beautiful, clean and comfortable surroundings but Brandon’s customer service and attention to all our needs helped make this vacation a pleasant memory. Thanks again, Brandon, for opening up your Glendale home to me and my husband. Although we only spent our evenings and nights there, it was so wonderful to come home to and lounge by the pool. We commuted to different golf courses in the area every day, Sedona being the farthest, but found that the location was very convenient to all of the courses we played. The kitchen had everything needed, and we certainly appreciate the requested groceries being supplied prior to our arrival. You have done everything possible to make our vacation one we will remember. Can't wait to get back!

Hi Brandon, thank you so much for making it possible for my family stay in your wonderful home while they were in town for my wedding. Everyone was comfortable with the accommodations, and we loved being able to spend time together while preparing for the wedding. It was very spacious and had all of the comforts of home and more. There was plenty of room for all of my family and friends to spend time together and yet have privacy when needed. We loved being able to use the grill to have a family style cookout and the hot tub was very popular(it got used every night). We created some wonderful memories at your home. What a wonderful home! Spent 3 nights here with my family and enjoyed every bit. Brandon had just installed a new Pool Heater before we arrived and the pool was nice and relaxing with its waterfall. The 4 rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. What a great experience. Arizona was so different from our part of the world, and this home was so comfortable. Thank you!
