We can not say enough good things about this property or it's owner Brandon. Our families came together in Glendale for our son's wedding and needed a large enough house for all of us to be comfortable, this was the place! I can't tell you how many times we all said, "Isn't this place just great". The house is in a great location and easily accessable to all the events we needed to attend. It in a quiet area with access to shopping and sports facilities. The decor is beautiful and overall the home was extremely comfortable. We highly recommend it and are looking forward to another stay in the future! Brandon is extremely accomodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay! I would recommend this home to other renters. The furnishings, cutlery, bedding were all top notch.The owner was accessible and friendly. If you want a hassle free high quality rental home consider this one. Thanks for everything Brandon.

Had a great time. The place had everything we wanted. The owner is always willing to help out with any plans. It was a guys weekend of hockey and football games. Westgate is a great party area. The only downside was the pool is too cold during the winter season to use and heated by propane which could get expensive. We would go back if we ever want the same party weekend in Glendale.

My family had the pleasure to stay a week in Brandon’s home in November and must say it was better than advertised. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and very clean with everything our family could have wanted. Pops enjoyed the outdoor BBQ grill and relaxing while I and the kids played in the Hot Tub, pool soaking up some nice sun. This Canadian family highly recommends Brandon’s home for not only it’s beautiful, clean and comfortable surroundings but Brandon’s customer service and attention to all our needs helped make this vacation a pleasant memory. Thanks again, Brandon, for opening up your Glendale home to me and my husband. Although we only spent our evenings and nights there, it was so wonderful to come home to and lounge by the pool. We commuted to different golf courses in the area every day, Sedona being the farthest, but found that the location was very convenient to all of the courses we played. The kitchen had everything needed, and we certainly appreciate the requested groceries being supplied prior to our arrival. You have done everything possible to make our vacation one we will remember. Can't wait to get back!

Hi Brandon, thank you so much for making it possible for my family stay in your wonderful home while they were in town for my wedding. Everyone was comfortable with the accommodations, and we loved being able to spend time together while preparing for the wedding. It was very spacious and had all of the comforts of home and more. There was plenty of room for all of my family and friends to spend time together and yet have privacy when needed. We loved being able to use the grill to have a family style cookout and the hot tub was very popular(it got used every night). We created some wonderful memories at your home. Very nice spacious bungalow. Well kept.Good location with many attractions nearby. Great setup with the hot tub next to the pool. Quite neighborhood - friendly neighbors.Would stay again without hesitation.Brandon (the owner) is very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful,private back yard and pool area. Very much enjoyed our stay.Have rented many other properties in Phoenix and Brandon is the best host we've ever had -very attentive to making sure everything is to your liking. Thanks for the fresh shrimp from Sea of Cortez,Brandon -they were yummy!!

What a wonderful home! Spent 3 nights here with my family and enjoyed every bit. Brandon had just installed a new Pool Heater before we arrived and the pool was nice and relaxing with its waterfall. The 4 rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. What a great experience. Arizona was so different from our part of the world, and this home was so comfortable. Thank you!

Brandon This was our 3rd rental of your beautiful home and must say this stay was better than all the other stays with your addition of wyfi high speed internet and the shades for the patio. Truly our home when we visit the phoenix area. I highly recommend your home to anyone wanting a clean and fantastic home. See you in June!

Brandon, what a beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay with our friends - the layout of your home provided enough privacy for the three "groups" but enough common room to interact as well. We appreciated the proximity to the University of Phoenix Stadium and the World Wildlife Zoo, as well as the various golf courses the guys went to and the shops for us girls. It was nice to stay in a place where we could cook if we wanted to, relax comfortably with the kids, and basically just enjoy the sunshine in whatever manner we chose! (On a side note, it was -22 degrees Fahrenheit when we returned home) Thank you again for the perfect accomodations for our trip!

My brothers and I stayed here for NASCAR weekend - close to the track! The house is awesome. Brandon was very attentive and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

Brandon, I want to say thank you for renting myself and my family your lovely home.. As one of your other guest quoted the pictures on the web do the home no justice... the place is BEAUTIFUL, spacious and very clean.... the pool and the patio was very relaxing. I felt very much at home... I would highly recommend anyone to take a look and definitely rent your place.. Brandon, you made our girls' weekend extra-special by providing the deluxe accommodations!! The fresh fruit, sandwiches, and flowers were a nice touch when we arrived at lunch time after our long flights! Everything was so neat and clean. The five of us really enjoyed hanging out on the patio poolside in the perfect weather. Thanks again for offering such a wonderful alternative to a small hotel room. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and if we come back to Phoenix, we will stay at your place again!!!

This home was beautiful Lots of room and very comfortable for two families. The pool area was lovely Lots of sun and shade and room to stretch out. Pool heat would have been nice for the children. Would certainly recommend this property to everyone.
