Four sets of sliding glass doors and a bathroom open to the screened lanai area, allowing for quick access to the pool and for beautiful waterviews throughout the home.

Convenient to the Cape Coral Yacht Club, downtown Cape Coral, shopping, golf, restaurants, Fort Myers beach and downtown, Edison/Ford Museums, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Use of four bicycles (two adult and two children). Two fishing rods for fishing from the private dock. A boat is available for an additional fee. Fish in the Gulf, cruise the extensive Cape Coral canal system, or visit Sanibel and other beautiful beaches.
