Welcome to our family's vacation home at Loon Mountain.
Location, Location, Location - Forest Ridge is half way between the town of Lincoln and the Loon Mountain. It's in the middle of everything yet has a beautiful, private setting. You can take the free shuttle to Loon in the winter and you can also walk to the town ski/recreation area or continue just a little further to the Common Man Resaurant. The sports complex with a brand new outdoor pool and an extra-large indoor pool, exercise room and outdoor tennis courts is just around the corner.
Five Bedrooms and two large family rooms give everyone in the group plenty of space. The large cathedral ceilings fill the property with light and the deck offers views of the new expanded south mountain. And with a large group, everyone appreciates the 3 1/2 bathrooms. The unit also offers the convenience of a first-floor master suite.
The activities in the area are endless. And when you're done for the day, you can enjoy activities within the unit: a private sauna, large flat panel HDTV, PS2 game console, foosball table, wood-buring fireplace and lots of games and toys for the whole family.

Awesome weekend! The autumn leaves were brilliant and the condo was perfect! We had 2 families of 4 adults and 6 teenagers. This 3 floor condo of 5 bedroom, 3 baths and 2 hang out areas was perfect for our group. It provides great space for a large group, yet it allows respite for individual relaxation. The indoor and new outdoor pool is a nice addition to the Forest Ridge recreation facilities! I'm looking forward to our ski weekend this winter! The access from the condo to the ski bus, local ski and sledding hill and of course the "Common Man" restaurant is perfect for all ages to access. Plus, the owners are very helpful! Thank you for a great stay...can't wait to get back to LOON!

Clean, convenient and cozy best describes our experience with this rental. Our family has made many winter & summer memories here. The spaciousness of the condo accommodates our entire family; the nite owls, early risers and late sleepers alike and the lower level game room is a fun family hangout. The decor thru out the townhouse is inviting. The bathrooms are clean and bedrooms are perfect for privacy and size. The kitchen has all the appliances you’ll need and it even includes a washer and dryer? What a wonderful bonus. There’s always something to do; swimming, skating, skiing, or just walk to town for breakfast or shopping. The convenience to the Mountain via the bus helps us eliminate that crazy morning rush and also provides an easy way home. We love never getting in the car! It’s a perfect family getaway.

Great Family Ski Vacation

My family rented this condo with another family last winter and had a great time. The bedrooms and common spaces are decorated beautifully with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen area easily housed all 10 of us for meals and games. The downstairs family room gave the kids a place to play while the adults enjoyed a little adult time in our own space in the family room on the main floor. Wood for the fireplace was abundant and we had a roaring fire going the whole time. The free Loon bus shuttle stop is right on the corner across from the condo. You can see it coming up the street from the warmth of the condo and run out to grab a ride to the mountain. We also loved spending time in the clubhouse indoor pool and fitness center. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to any family looking for a memorable ski vacation.

What a wonderful week we had at Loon Mountain! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. This condo has everything you need for a relaxing winter getaway with the kids and extended family. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace after skiing and loved having the kids in the family room downstairs playing table soccer and watching movies while the adults sipped wine and made dinner upstairs. The teens favorite part was being able to take the free shuttle to and from the mountain whenever they wanted. House is fully equipped with every amenity for a great week. We also enjoyed the pool and hottub after a long day of skiing... WE WILL BE BACK!
