This condo has the most beautiful 270 degree view of Panama City Beach from our 3 bedroom corner 21st floor unit. It has over 100 ft of balcony and you can see the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. It is located on the more desirable East end of the building which means that you can see all the way to Shell Island, the jetties, the state park and you can watch the fishing boats come in and out of the pass.
The West End of the building your view is mostly of land and buildings. It has 9 ft ceilings and is fully furnished with contemporary West Indies style furniture, top-of-the-line appliances, and the most up to date electronics. Free high speed internet is available in the condo. The master bedroom is beautifully appointed with high back West Indies style king-size bed with appropriate matching furnishings and accessories. The large armoire that matches the living room armoire holds a 42" TV.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. They both have TVs, dressers, and night stands. Each bedroom has its own exit to the balcony. There are plenty of closets and drawer space located throughout the condo for your convenience.
The 3rd Bedroom has a trundle bed that pulls out from under the other twin bed. It is perfect for the kids with 2 twin beds in it.
****Unlike the other 3 bedrooms at the Treasure Island this unit has 2 pull out twin beds in the living room thus making it able to sleep 10 people comfortably.
The 2nd bathroom may be used by your visitors without going into your bedrooms. The condo does not have 3 bathrooms, It only has 2.
The condo enjoys a large fully equipped kitchen with bar stools and adjoining dining room with dining table able to accommodate up to 10 people. The large living room has plenty of seating for all guests staying in the condo and has a 42 inch TV with DVD and VCR.It also has full sized washer and dryer in separate utility room, and a large 270 degree wrap around balcony will make it easy for you to enjoy our home as your home during your entire stay at the beach!
