The house is on a half acre situated a few blocks from Aspatuck Creek, 1 mile from the town of Westhampton, and 2 miles from the beach.

Why the Owner Chose Westhampton
This house is perfectly situated at a distance from the hustle and bustle of New York City, but not too far- it's still an easy drive or train back to work after a relaxing time in the Hamtpons. It's conveniently located near all the shopping of Riverhead (Target, TJ Maxx, Toys R Us) as well as the Tanger Outlets. We are walking distance to downtown Westhampton, and a bike ride to the beach. Watch the ducks and swans in Aspatuck Creek, 2 blocks away.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Built in 2007, we are constantly upgrading in the off season to make the house even better for the following season. This year, we've added much more foliage to periphery for that cozy private feel. It really is a relaxing retreat.

We stayed at this home for approximately one week. There were five adults and 1 3year old child. we were all very comfortable, this home is kid friendly. It is clean, well kept, spacious and beautiful. The owners are very kind and caring. We would not hesitate to rent again in the near future and we definitely would recommend this property to a friend or relative.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
