Ocean Breeze is an 8 story condominium located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Ocean Breeze offers a boardwalk to the beach and a pool that is seasonally heated the end of February through March.
Our unit has recently been redone and is very nicely furnished. We have tile in the great room, kitchen and bathrooms, with carpet in both bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living/dining area and enjoys a view of the Gulf. Our covered balcony is both spacious and private and is directly on the beach! We have a phone, cable TV and internet.
Ocean Breeze is located on the East end of Perdido Key and is only about 20 minutes to Pensacola or Gulf Shores, and 10 minutes to NAS (museum), two golf courses, and shopping

Overall the property was very comfortable and the description and pictures were accurate. The condo was decorated nicely and had a fantastic view. Very quiet and public areas were clean. Condo unit could have been more thoroughly clean - very dirty shower curtain and stained and dirty master bed pillows. Also, could have provided dish detergent, laundry soap, and hangers to make it easier to fulfill the rental requirements. The internet services were not working for two days and elevator failed while there but were fixed. The television in the master bedroom did not work. We would recommend the property and would revisit.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

As a result of your review, we are going to provide at least a day's worth of laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. We are repairing the TV, providing additional cloths hangers and replacing the shower curtain. I am sorry for these issues but you will be pleasantly surprised on your next vistit. Our first visit to the Perdido Key area and it will not be our last. This was just one of two condo we rented for the week. Both condos was better then the photos or description. The beach was very clean and perfect for just sitting and enjoying the days. We watched dolphins just a few yards from the beach and while we had lunch on the balcony of the condo. I would HIGHLY recommend the condo for a wonderful stay at the beach. The rental staff was very helpful in emails and in person. Thank you for a GREAT time at the beachRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
