The relaxing island atmosphere of the Pineapple House is highlighted by its large bedrooms and balconies. The master bedroom and bathroom are unique with features such as a large whirlpool spa and a door opening up to the pool area. And this house comes with a little surprise! A quaint suite sits on top of the two-car garage. It’s just perfect for a couple who wants a romantic escape. Completely equipped with a mini kitchen and a full size bathroom, you’ll have all the conveniences you need for a really relaxing retreat.
There’s nothing better than lounging in the pool on a hot Florida day and the Pineapple House has access to two of them. One pool is part of the Ocean View community just around the corner, and the other is right outside your door! The Pineapple’s pool deck is fenced with tropical plants and decked with chairs for sunbathing. And there’s even a large grill for a family barbecue.
As part of the Crystal Shores neighborhood, the house enjoys many perks. There are sidewalks to the beach, which is less than a block away, where you’ll find deeded beach access. You’ll always be guaranteed your own little piece of paradise while you’re here. And the house is so close to so many fun things to do too! Apart from all the exciting beach activities like surfing and jet skis, you’ll find malls, restaurants, golf courses, movie theatres... all within a mile’s distance! What a sweet treat! This home also has a trundle on the twin bed in the kids room if needed.
