Suncadia condo description
In less than 90 minutes from Seattle, you can escape to a Four Diamond mountain resort community offering over 300 days of sunshine a year. Enjoy golf on one of Suncadia’s two resort golf courses, biking on miles of developed bike paths, or just sitting on your balcony overlooking the river and distant peaks. This one bedroom view unit is in the heart of Suncadia Village, where you can walk to the spa, or the Prospector Golf Course, named one of the top 10 new courses of 2006 by Golf Digest.
In the winter, cuddle up with a book next to the fireplace in the privacy of your own room, or in the grand lobby only steps away. Enjoy snowshoeing, cross country skiing or sledding on the golf course right outside your door.

A Gold Medal
A Gold Medal
Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Suncadia, and the condo was a perfect fit. It was quite spacious, nicely furnished, very clean, and had a well equipped kitchen. The location within the lodge was great. On the second floor, yet very close to the center of the lodge so access to restaurant/bar and lobby areas was quite convenient. This was a much better bang for our buck than renting through the lodge, and I would definitely look to stay in this unit when we return to Suncadia someday. We enjoyed watching the Olympics in the living room in the evening while watching the sun set over the mountains in the distance. Gold medals for the USA and this condo!

We visited with our son over the weekend. The room was centrally located in the lodge. It was absolutely spotless and the space was huge! The bath had a wonderful glass shower and a deep soaking tub. The kitchen was well laid out and the chilled glasses in the freezer were a nice treat on the first day. The pull out couch fit my 6 foot 3 1/2 inch son. He loved the fact that he had a fireplace and TV. The balcony was out of the line of sight for most of the building so you have an unobstructed view of the valley and river. The listing was accurate and the photos don't do the room justice. It is actually larger than the photos appear. We will be back!!

Wonderful & Romantic
Wonderful & Romantic
My husband and I have stayed at The Lodge at Suncadia before (booking through the Lodge itself). After staying in this condo, we will always try to book this room in the future. The condo owners were very attentive to our needs and easy to deal with. The condo was so nice and very clean. Plenty of towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies in the kitchen. The living room, bedroom, and bathroom were all much larger than we expected, plus the view from both the bedroom and living room is to die for. Some of the prettiest sunsets can be seen from the privacy of your own room and when the sun goes down, watching this stars is as easy as can be. The skies are so clear and quiet. The Lodge is set up to either relax or have lots of things to do... your choice. This is by far, one of our favorite places to stay!
