$175/night (Mon-Thu) .. $225/night (Fri-Sun) .. $1000/week.
Winter rates available upon request. Rates do not include cleaning fee of $150.00
nor TN sales tax of 9.25%. Refundable security deposit $250.
$125 due at time of reservation. Full balance including security deposit
due 30 days prior to arrival.
The $125 is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival if cancelled dates are
re-rented. If cancelled less than 30 days, deposit is non-refundable.
