Step through the 10 foot Mahogany doors into a Mediterranean Villa. Dramatic 20 foot ceilings soar over the open living room, as you look out to the completely screened pool and spa. A gracious outdoor living area with outdoor kitchen beckons you to relax by the pool. Very comfortable elegant patio furniture to enjoy reading a book or dining alfresco. The home faces southwest, so you will enjoy sunshine all day as well as view the dramatic sunsets over Marco Island.
Inside you will find an exquisitely furnished home. As you enter the home there a long gallery foyer with dramatic 20' ceilings. One guest suite with private bath and the library are off this foyer. The spacious master suite has a sensational private bath with large jacuzzi tub and spacious shower. Walk out to the sunny lanai and pool from the Master suite.
The family room boasts comfortable furnishings and a 50'' plasma TV with surround sound. The gourmet kitchen is open to the family room and there is plenty of seating to gather at the bar. Or enjoy a relaxing meal in the cozy breakfast nook.
There are two additional ensuite guest bedrooms located on the second floor. Enjoy the stunning sunsets from the second floor patio which overlooks a lake and preserve and have distant views of Marco Island.
If you rent the house for one month, you may also rent our Golf Membership at The Classics Country Club located 2 miles from the house at Lely Resort. This membership is an additional $2,000/month for unlimited golf at the 3 golf courses at our club; The Classics, The Mustang and The Flamingo. Pay only cart fees.
