Gentle breezes off the bay keep the house naturally cool, so air conditioning is rarely, if ever, needed. Lots of room indoors and out makes the cottage both kid- and pet-friendly. The spacious deck and sprawling lawn make for a great place to entertain friends and family, or the perfect spot to lie back, relax, and relish the view. Stroll along the estate's expansive private beach or have a picnic overlooking the water.
