  Where do I begin? First, when In tried to make contact it was next to impossible. I called, left messages, no reply. Used two different emails, mine and my wife's. Finally got a call back, told them my dates and was told they would get back to me. Days passed, called again, was told the unit was not available, turns out, it was reserved through the request made with wife's email. Anyway, requet list of any beach gear, was told they would check and get back to me, never heard a word. Asked to enter early as we arrived on Maui at 9am, no problem. we plan on this and arrive about noon. Cleaners had just arrived, come back in 3 hours, so much for early check in request. List of issues. Broken Louvers, Broken Blinds in Master BR, NO WAY TO KEEP OUT SUNRISE, Sliding door IMPOSSIBLE to open in Master BR, No Soap, No beach Gear, Neighbors feed birds so every bird on Island lines up before dawn, Neighbor also smokes, smoke enters unit. Master BR upstairs, 2nd downstairs with DIRECT access to front entry, we slept in guest to make sure our daughter was safe in the master loft. ANTS ANTS ANTS !!! Kitchen, Bathrooms ....Management not very attentive.

  The accommodations were perfect! The property and the beach were so beautiful! What really made the visit special was the hospitality and graciousness of the staff.   Really loved our time in Maui. The condo we rented was great! Very easy to deal with and felt like home.
