Our house is filled with lots of sunshine and warmth! It is beautifully landscaped and provides a feeling of tranquility. Almost everything inside has been completely remodeled. We remodeled with new beds, bedding, couches, chairs, all kitchen items. It is immaculate, and up to date.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils for your own use, along with a beautiful large family table. Upon your visit, we welcome you with an assortment of yummy snacks, and a bag of coffee for your morning pleasure.
Each bedroom and the living room, displays a radio and a TV with satellite. Bedding comfort includes a king bed,one queen bed,a double bed,a roll out twin bed, and 2 futons with an upgraded mattress that turn into full size beds. For extra fun, our back bedroom offers, Game Cube complete with games. We have family movies, family games, and toys inside and outside. There is plenty of grass area in the front and back yard.
In our landscaped backyard, we offer a BBQ, and a beautiful netted gazebo with a very modern table and chairs for your entertainment, complete with Malibu lights in the front and back. We also have an indoor laundry room complete with laundry detergent and a basket.
We are close to everything! Just minutes from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Golf Course owned by Tiger Woods, restaurants, state of the art movie theater, banks, Buena Park Mall, Starbucks, grocerystores, 91 and the 5 freeway and so much more....

“We recently held a small friend reunion in Anaheim and stayed at this lovely house. It was the perfect size for a group of 10 and was less than a 10 minute drive to Disney, door to door. The house was incredibly cute and comfortable. The kitchen and dining room were perfectly set up for talking while preparing meals and we took full advantage of the grill outside. Speaking of the backyard, it was great! If we weren’t at Disney or in the kitchen, we were outside enjoying the warm weather and the lovely surroundings. This is a great place for families or small gatherings, especially those wanting to spend time at Disney.”

This Wonderful Home has been in our family for years.
My father Bob actually grew up in this home as a little boy. My mom Kathy lived a couple homes down the street. My mom and dad became childhood sweethearts and still are happily married to this day. My husband and I even lived in this home for about 3 years, while saving money to buy our home.
Lots of happiness lives in this home :)
We have now opened it up to our guest, for all of you to feel like home.
This picture I have uploaded is our family. From the left is my husband John, me, our two daughters, my mom Kathy, Adam (my brother) and last but not least, my dad or Captain as my girls call him :)
We are very familiar with this area, and are very friendly. I would love to have the oppertunity to have you as our next guest.

My family stayed at this home during Christmas and New Year's 2011/12. We were a little late getting to the home because our shuttle service forgot about us. When we finally arrived, we instantly felt like we were home. The home is warm, cozy, and is filled with lots of love. It is beautifully decorated, and has plenty of toys and activities for kids to enjoy. The owners provided a nice book with directions to attractions, local stores, restaurants, and more for our enjoyment and pleasure. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. Tabatha, Bob, and Kathy are wonderful and kind people. My family really, really enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back again. Thank you so much for making our vacation truly magical.

I can only say that my family and I are so grateful that Tabatha and her family have opened up their home for others to use! We have visited Southern California every summer for many years, but because Tabatha made the house dog-friendly, this made our first trip with our fur family especially memorable! We visited Disneyland with our dogs who got to ride the tram to the park, and stayed in the air conditioned kennels. The house is on a very quiet and neighborly street. It is close to everything. Tabatha made the visit especially comfortable, as she provided many snacks, and everything else you could need for a stay away from home (laundry detergent, towels, shampoo, hair dryer!) If you choose to cook or barbecue, everything you need is available. She even has a binder made up of nearby restaurants and maps to popular attractions. Even then, we brought our laptop (we have teens), and could hook up to the internet - so everyone was happy! The house is beautiful and clean - you will love it!!

We had a family trip to California with our two adult sons, their wives and our grandson. We spent a couple of days at Disneyland and a day at the ocean. The house is in a great location to travel with easy access to the freeway when going to these places. The house was clean and well stocked with linens and dishes. The whole family enjoyed our visit to the Anaheim house!

My family and I spent a really great week in California. Thanks to the Mezzo's, we had a wonderful time. We chose a rental property because with 4 teenagers, they need space and hotel rooms just would not cut it. The house was delightful. Plenty of room in the great room, large kitchen (eat-in) and good size bedrooms. Close to shopping and the freeway system to get you anywhere in California. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone with a family who wants a nice place to stay. If the weather would have cooperated, our vacation would have been perfect. However, rain and "cold" in California is much different than rain and "cold" in Chicago.

We absolutely loved staying in Bob and Tabatha Mezzo's home. It was so conveniently located to Disneyland, the beach and shopping areas. Everything was cozy and comfortable and our children enjoyed playing in the back patio area. All the directions and suggestions were clear and helpful. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the house. Everything worked out well. The gift of snacks and groceries was a very nice touch. The eating and living room spaces were spacious and provided many hours of enjoyment for our extended family who came over for dinner and just to hang out. The cousins (ages 8 to 25) had a blast playing video games on the TV in the living room. That space works very well for that. The neighborhood was quiet both day and nights.

"Tabatha, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your vacation home. It was a great place for a group of us to stay during a week long class nearby (avoiding expensive hotels and unhealthy restaurant food). We had a few spare hours to visit Seal Beach which was close by and delightful. Everything we needed was there. We stayed here for a week and loved the place. Very welcome home. Only one thing, I couldn't find any knife in the kitchen. Besides that, the place is perfect. Strongly recommended for family travel or groups travel
Owner response:Thank you for your review :) There is a kitchen knife located behind the kitchen spoons, reg knives, and forks. I tucked it behind, so a child would not grab in the drawer and cut their fingers. If you should ever have any questions, I'm just a phone call away :)

We have always travelled in our Rv but due to unexpected family business we chose to rent a home this time for our Ca. stay. We truly didn't know what to expect upon arrival but much to our surprise the house was even nicer than it posts. We arrived tired and hungry late at night and there were snack and treats awaiting us...Big hit with Hubby! Although Tabatha was in hospital recovering from surgery she called to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. For anyone who suffers from doubts, as I admittedly did, have NO qualms about these gracious people and their lovely home. We left California feeling we have a new home-away-from home and new friends.
