This beautiful new home is located in The Cottages, the newest phase in the Currituck Club. This home offers ocean, sound and golf views from one of the highest points in the Currituck Club along with the numerous amenities that come with being a club owner.
The house is located on the 1st tee box with views that follow down the green to the hole. The practice range, fitness center, Harris Teeter and other fine shopping stores are all within walking distance.
Look no further for just the right place to rest, relax & leave the stress behind. Our delightful new home, featuring a private pool & hot tub is calling you to throw your cares to the wind. Bring your faithful four-legged companion along too, for some quality time as you jog or just stroll along the miles of lighted trails. You'll want to stay much longer than you planned!
The main level of this spacious open floor plan consists of a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen featuring premium stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, that will allow you to make anything you can imagine, from your favorite frozen drink to the largest lobster you can find. We have provided recipes from our favorite cuisine. The Dining room seats eight with room for four at the breakfast bar. There are sliders to the front deck with spectacular views of the ocean. The Great Room consists of a gas fireplace, hardwood floors, flat screen HDTV, surround sound, along with DVD/CD. The back deck overlooks the 12x30’ 6’ deep pool, views of the 1st tee box, practice range and the Currituck Sound. The ships watch has views of the Atlantic Ocean, Currituck Sound and a bar table and stools to enjoy a card game or puzzle.
The second level has King Master Bedroom Suite with a deck with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The bath features a tiled double shower with a normal shower head and a rain shower. There is a TV/DVD in this bedroom. The second King Master Bedroom Suite with a TV/DVD has a rear deck overlooking the pool. The bath has a tiled double shower. A Queen Master Bedroom Suite with TV/DVD and a bathroom with a tub/shower.
The first floor features a Rec room with a wet bar and access to the pool deck. There is a TV/DVD, Playstation 2 and stereo system. A bedroom with a Duo bunk and trundle. A full bathroom with double sinks. A game room with a foosball and air hockey table. There is a 12x30’ 6’ deep pool, hot tub, hammock, outdoor speakers, gas grill and a large pool deck with plenty of room for relaxing.
When you are done playing around the house, step outside and enjoy the many amenities the Currituck Club has to offer. It starts with an 18-hole championship Rees Jones golf course. If you do not feel like walking the course but want to workout, take advantage of the driving range and putting green. The Currituck Club has miles of lighted pedestrian jogging and biking paths for those leisurely morning or evening strolls. You can also take advantage of the free trolley service to the beach, the seven tennis courts, four half-court basketball courts, community pools, a sand volleyball court, and a children's playground - sheez, I am getting tired just telling you about it. Oh! And don’t worry about missing your daily workout; the Currituck Club has a fully equipped fitness center - all at your disposal. And did I mention the beach? Well I'm sure you know the Outer Banks is famous for its wide sand beaches and beautiful sparkling warm blue water - after all that’s why we're here!
The Currituck Club offers luxury, activities, privacy, and security that you will not experience anywhere else on the Outer Banks. There is an Italian restaurant, Martini Bar and a Day Spa on the Club premises.
