We decided we needed to immediately go to the beach on Thursday afternoon, found this available listing on VRBO, and were there by 10 PM that night. We appreciate Cathie accomodating our last-minute plans. This condo has the best view of the Gulf of anywhere I've ever stayed in Orange Beach. You literally could not be closer to the beach. The beds are comfortable, with soft sheets and the fluffiest down comforters ever. The kitchen appliances are high end and extremely clean. The TVs, movies and game selections are fantastic, but we did not turn on the TV at all during our stay. Who needs TV when you can watch the waves rolling in? We also loved the indoor pool and the hot tub. We wish we could stay forever, but we do hope to come back before too long.

I can't wait to go back again next year! This is the perfect home away from home! The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. The unit is very clean and well taken care of. The owner of the unit was very informative and helpful. She even gave us a welcome call to make sure everything went smoothly. Just steps away from the beach as well as the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. This has been my favorite vacation to date!

Thank you so much for making our spring break a memorable one! We had a fabulous time on the beach catching some rays. The weather was beautiful and the condo was exceptional! It had everything we needed to have a great time! The Easter Bunny even visited while we were there! We absolutely loved waiting up every morning to the sound of the waves on the shore and the beach view from the balcony. Thanks again for everything!

We had a wonderful week!!! It was a perfect "Get Away" for Spring Break. Just me, and the 5 kids :-) The condo is decorated so beautifully and had everything we needed! The kids had a great time and I actually got to relax some! Perfect place for family fun without worrying of beach parties. We built sand castles, jumped and surfed waves, swam in the pool alot and had lots of fun inside as well. This was our 1 yr old daughters 1st time to the beach and she absolutely loved it! Thanks so much for inviting us into your home. Kambri loved the colors :-) We will be back! Too bad Daddy had to work :-(

This condo exceeded our expectations.My husband and I vacationed here for our honeymoon. It was very easy to find and parking was so convenient. The condo was very clean and had many amenities. The decor in the condo was beautiful and very welcoming. We loved waking up in the morning to the sounds of the beach and watching the sunrise from our bedroom window. We also enjoyed the sunset from the beach front balcony. The pool was very spacious and we loved the indoor/outdoor combination. We had such an amazing experience. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for making our honeymoon so memorable.

Cathie (soon to be my daughter-in-law) and aren't I lucky? I am going to have to take a lesson in colors from you. The decor is so perfect. Having never been to the beach, no wonder it is hard to put into words. I never "get" how God figures these things out. I have always loved to watch the water and what a place. It was such a thrill to see such happy families. Went to Tacky Jacks and got a Tee shirt. Tell everyone not to go to Jakes Steakhouse. The Cowboy Steak tastes like a Cowboy's shoe sole (and as tough). Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My sister and I and my 2 grandchildren decided to rent this June 2010. We arrived after 2 in the morning after driving from Ar, and the place was so hard to find,very little lighting and had to park ouside the building in the parking lot.You can't walk out your door to the ocean.....it is get on the elevator and go down thru the building and out down the walk way to get to it..... We were awaken at 8 am to someone beating on our door,and stating he was needing to check out the leak in the ceiling in (Master Bath) which gave him full access to roam throught the whole house and there was never any leak anywhere,It was mold on the ceiling,,,,,,,i called the owner and of course there was the simple apolpgy......Next it stated in the listing there was internet available....which did not work......called the owner again and oh ,,,,,,she thought it was fixed cause the last people had trouble with it,,,,she stated she would get right on it,I called her everyday 3-4 times a day I own a business and using my laptop is very vital to my job....... ,,,,,,3 days later when we left it had never been fixed....I even tried to contact her after we got home and dicsuss it with her but she would never respond.......My only hope is that all the people that own property there don't treat people that way.....I would nveer reccomend this property to anyone,,,,,,

Owner response:In all our years of happy guests this is the "first" negative review we have received. Quote frankly I am also confused as to receiving the review almost a year after the guest's stay. As with all homeownership there is routine maintenance and utility outages. We are very careful to state in our Policies & Procedures that we cannot be held responsible for repair or outages that we cannot control as with your own home. During this guest's stay our upstairs neighbor had a leak in his bathroom. The maintenance gentleman simply inspected our unit to ensure no further damage and found a ceiling water stain which was repaired upon the guest's departure; not mold. Of course, we apologized for the inconvenience. This was the beginning of many complaints and it was obvious that we would not be able to make our guest happy. Our condo is first floor up with pinnacle beach views from the balcony and master bedroom. There are no condominiums which have ground floor access in Orange Beach due to building code for hurricane requirements of having first floor blow-out, etc. The first floor is covered parking and swim-in/swim-out pool area and grilling deck. Unfortunately, this guest arrived in the middle of the night and during peak season not all guests are able to park under the building. The exterior parking lot is literally steps to the south elevator of the building. The internet is wireless and has always worked. Upon our maintenance inspection it was found to be fully operational and surmised that the outage was on the operator's end or intermittent utility outage which is uncontrollable. The correspondence that we received after their departure was unprofessional and demanding a full refund which we felt unwarranted. It is obvious by all our previous raving reviews and many repeat guests that our home is highly maintained and this review and complaints are of another motivation.

Cathie, Thanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful condo for our 24th anniversary. The view is absolutely unbelievable! Walked the beach, saw some dolphins and had a few sunset cocktails! What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy! I had a long weekend stay --and can't say enough about how beautiful, clean, scenic this place was. I liked the convenienct of "where" this condo. was located. Place 112 -was so easy to get to and from the ocean -and easy to get to the local restaurants. The decor of the place --so colorful, exquisite. I plan to go back --Everything you needed was in this place (down to the hairdryer!) I highly recommend this to anyone. JP from Silver Creek

Our family of six truly enjoyed our stay at Harbour Place 112. The owner has beautifully decorated this condo - the bright colors were so cheerful and fun. The master bedroom, the sitting area and balcony has a ocean/beach view. So very relaxing. We discovered also, that the owner has a cabin in Gatlinburg that we want to rent in the future. Highly recommend -this owner knows how to help others enjoy their vacation!
