A magnificent five bedroom, four and a half bathroom two storey villa just 15 minutes from DISNEY occupying a 10,000 sq foot plot. We have a stunning 1850 sq ft pool deck which has a 12 seat dining table gas BBQ and a Ping Pong table for your keep fit and sporty ones.

Our gorgeous 30 ft heated swimming pool will cool you down after your relaxing hours in the glorious sunshine.

On this deck you can play ping pong, darts and we have our very own real casino poker table complete with full poker set. Great entertainment at day or night in the covered Lanai area

In our the game room we have a MASSIVE 9'x 5'CINEMA SCREEN with CEILING MOUNTED DIGITAL PROJECTOR, dolby digital 5:1 sound system with digital cable. We have a DVD library of 100 free movies for your viewing including most of the latest blockbusters.
We have subscribed to the digital sports package so you can wacth your favourite sport on our 9 foot screen. For those of you who have not experienced a home cinema with a 9 foot wide screen this will be a most enjoyable and memorable experience. It is quite simply awesome. We also have a Hi Definition Samsung TV in this room for the ultimate gaming experience, or just watching TV.

The sports themed game room is 425 sq' and apart from our OUTRAGEOUS 9 FOOT CINEMA SCREEN,it also has a full-size pool table, electronic dart board, (great fun and safe) Samsung Hi Definition TV, Video, DVD, X BOX 360, PS2, Hi-fi, 3 massive bean bags and double pull down bed sofa.

The game room is the ideal place for the kids to play after your hard day at the theme parks.If however, they are still hyperactive and want to play and splash about in the gorgeous heated pool you can sunbathe on the luxurious loungers and ..not get soaked...unlike most other villa's which have no room around the pool. This is one of the main benefits of having a massive pool deck.

Calabay parc is one of, if not the most, exclusive areas in orlando and is your perfect holiday choice.

Our house truly is 5 star luxury from top to bottom. Our south facing pool means you have sun all day every day instead of only half the day with other facing pool decks. It is floodlit for evening entertaining and is surrounded by 21 exotic palm trees.

A south facing pool deck with dining for 16 people!! Yes,..this is a big deck. Luxurious sunloungers are dotted all around the deck.
A separate barbecue area with gas unit is free for your use also.

The lounge, master bedroom #1 and breakfast area all have access to the pool. The master bed has a safe for valuables.

The lounge has a brand new massive 52 inch FULL 1080 Hi Definition flat screen LCD TV.

There are two master en suites with two of the other three bedrooms having private access to the third bathroom. The fourth bathroom is situated next to the fifth bedroom.

The bedroom set up is as follows.

1 x master ensuite with KING SIZE BED (ground floor)
The four other bedrooms are on the 1st floor
1 x master ensuite with queen bed
1 x bed room with two full beds with private bathroom access
1 x twin room with two single beds with private bathroom access
1 x twin room with two single beds (2nd floor)
All in there is bed space for 12 guests. ( our legal maximum )

There are TV's and DVD players in the kids single bedrooms as well as in the master suites.

There is TV, DVD, fax, and Hi-FI in the lounge.
The eight seat dining area is situated at the front of the house, facing the gardens,for more formal dining.

We guarantee you will never want to stay in any other villa once you have sampled the luxury of this beautiful home. No other home offers you the amenities to match this.

When you book you will be asked to place a $450 USD deposit to secure the home for your requested dates.This will constitute a binding agreement between both parties.The balance will be payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

  • We have just returned from two weeks staying in Ian and Sheenas villa and can't wait to return. The villa surpassed all our expectations, it was perfect. Thank you. As a party of 7 there was room to get lost in the villa. The rooms are all huge and with all the bathrooms there was no fighting to get ready. Every possible extra has been added to make our stay both pleasurable and comfortable. The pool deck area is huge. Plenty of space to play or relax and soak up the sun all day and very quiet (until we turned up ). After a long day at the parks it was great to come back and fire up the bbq while the kids played in the pool or relaxed in the magnificent games room. Now this we couldn't believe. The huge cinema screen with all those movies and games consoles, plus many a tournament was played in the evening on the pool table and electronic darts board. Plus the guys we happy they could get the football on too. There was so much to do at the villa we didn't need to go out. We had such a fabulous time and can't wait to return, hopefully for a little longer next time. Thanks again Ian and Sheena Derek and Carol Watson and family

  • We stayed at your villa last month and we had a fantastic time. This was our first experience with VRBO and it was quiet pleasant. Everything from dealing with Ian to reserve the villa to checking out went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised with the huge master bedroom and the shower in the master bath after a long hot day in the park was great. We loved it so much that we replaced ours with the exact one when we returned home. We had plenty of space for the kids to roam and relax. The cinema room was also a great place to relax after a long day and my oldest kid(husband) enjoyed the cinema screen the most. Your pool deck was great and the backdrop with the woodsy setting made it very relaxing. It was great to have access to our own pool everyday.   • Villa was superb, great location fairly central to all attraction(15mins on average)to most. We stayed in the Villa for 3 weeks and never had a problem, for 10 days of our trip there were 11 of us staying in the villa and we never felt 'on top' of each other. Games room a huge plus for both kids and adults. Ian was also promt and honest with any question we had. Would definately recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Orlando. Andy Crawford

  • We have rented several homes in Florida for family vacations and none of them comes close to being as nice, clean or having as many amenities as this beautiful home does. It is conveniently located close to the highway, from which you can easily get to all of the parks in the area. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone considering renting in the Disney area.

  • We are very pleased with our first VRBO experience. Everything this property claimed to have was accurate and far exceeded our expectations. We had 6 adults and 5 children stay here comfortably. We took advantage of the close proximity (15-20 minutes) to Disney and enjoyed being able to come "home" to a place where we could spread out and comfortably relax. We would definitely stay here again for future Disney experiences.

  • We had two enjoyable weeks. Two young families enjoyed swimming, playing pool, movies on the big screen and ping pong. The grandparents took advantage of the "easy" chairs around the pool to read and relax, when the young went to Disney. A good time was had by everyone.

  • This was a perfect vacation home for our family. Tons of space since we brought along the grandparents(8 of us in total) for the Disney trip. A short drive to all theme parks/grocery store. The kids loved the TV/games room, and the heated pool. A perfect place to relax after a day at busy theme parks.

  • Stayed in Ian's splendid house for nearly three weeks in October. The location is ideal for Disney (10 minutes away) and the local shops are only two minutes away. The house is furnished to an excellent standard and everything is to hand to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The children loved the swimming pool but games room was the highlight. The theatre system,pool table along with all the Dvd's and computer games kept them thoroughly entertained whenever we were at home. The patio area is great for evening BBQ's to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Ian was very helpful and accomodating and I would not hesitate to recommend this accomodation to anyone looking to stay in Florida.

  • Have just came back from Ian's Gorgeous Villa, and had a fantastic time, the pool was great the house was spotless as was the deck and pool area, the games room was fab, did not use the BBQ as weather was not that great but still went in the pool even when it was raining as the kids said, we are wet anyway. Ian was very pleasant and friendly as was most easy to deal with. If we are going back to Florida again will certainly be booking Ian's villa. Thanks again Ian Jacq & Family x
