Inviting interiors and warm tones cast an amber glow upon the marble floors and Italian ceramic tile throughout the villa. Pottery and art is sure to draw attention or perhaps the baby grand piano might entice one to play a few tunes. The salon houses a wide screen plasma television with an adjacent marble fireplace. Guests can retire early and sink into luxurious cotton sheets after a jacuzzi and fall asleep to the sounds of trickling water fountains and the scent of fragrant flowers just outside the window. Bathrooms are supplied with plush cotton towels, European soaps and blow dryers. This property rampant with roses, flowers and resplendent views is sure to lull guests into serene relaxation. The tropical foliage and calming sounds of swaying palm trees create a soothing environment and encourage lazy days sipping drinks by the pool under the warm California sun.

We provide telephone service with free calling throughout the U.S. and many foreign countries. Although the villa is located in the hills, it is conveniently located just off the 101 freeway and twenty minutes to the beaches of Santa Monica and Malibu as well as Beverly Hills and Universal Studios. The villa is 30 minutes to Burbank Airport, 45 minutes to the Los Angeles International Airport. Airport pick up can be arranged for an additional fee.

Administrative help live on property in private housing separate from Villa. Maid lives in private wing attached to the side of the villa. Laundering of linen is provided. Daily maid service is available for an additional fee.
