The Evolution Condo has a modern but elegant style which maximizes the living space so that renters and guests can maximize their stay. The living room, kitchen and dining areas are open to one another in a great room style.
The unit contains luxurious cork flooring over hydronic heated floors and a cozy fireplace next to a 42” plasma TV with surround sound, DVD player, and satellite service providing over 250 channels and radio stations.
For sleeping arrangements, there is stylish and comfortable master bedroom with a queen size bed, built in closet and drawers provide plenty of storage space, and direct access to bath and private cedar lined sauna by Finlandia. There is also a huge jetted Japanese soaking tub with room for two adults to get wet up to their chins. The tub is located in a beautiful wet room which includes double shower heads.
A second room can be used for entertaining with a futon sofa/bed and coffee table, and then converts into a bedroom with a Murphy pull down creating a bunk bed style setting. All together the unit can comfortable sleep 4 to 5 people (2 adults/3 children or 4 adults).
The condo complex is also designed with perfect functionality in mind for the skier or outdoor enthusiast with a separate locker room on the first floor with direct access from the outside, containing storage for boots, ski, snowboard, and other gear for each unit.
In the summer, The Evolution is a beautiful mountain retreat, not far from gorgeous Lake Pend Oreille, with hiking and biking just outside the front door.

Great place! Nice layout and comfortable. Ski locker room is awesome. Do not need to store any equipment in condo. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.
