Photo 1 - Abruzzo, Italy Vacation Rental Apartments THE PROPERTY 'Anchisemare' Residence is a new and modern apartment Hotel for summer holiday rental located in Abruzzo, one of the best seaside places on the Adriatic coast. It is in the central area of Alba Adriatica, in a peaceful place at 3 minute walk from the beach and the sea. A private beach access is available and included in the rental rates for our guests. Close by there are bars, restaurants, and shopping centers for any kind of needs. In the building there are 21 apartments and each of them is provided with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower or Jacuzzi, cable/satellite TV, entry phone, safe, hairdryer, air-conditioning. There is also a lift, a gazebo in the garden, and a private car park. The apartment is large, luminous and elegantly newly furnished. It has a private balcony with table and chairs. Anchise mare Residence offers a free bus service to the 'Anchise Antica Pizzeria' Restaurant located in the old, charming, hilltop town of Tortoreto just few kilometres away from the apartment Hotel facility. The amazing view is worth a visit. POSITION & CONNECTIONS Airports (Pescara at 60 Kms; Ancona at 110 kms; Rome at 2,5 hours by car) are well connected by main motorways whose tolls are in town at 1,5 kms from the Residence. Main railway stations, both Giulianova and San Benedetto del Tronto, are at about 10 kms. AMENITIES Alba Adriatica area offers many attractions. It is possible to enjoy a wide and clean 'silver beach', sunbathe, doing water sports, fishing, sailing or taking a walk, playing tennis, cycling, jogging or horse riding any time during the day. As an alternative to one full day spent on the beach, many close historical and typical towns and villages are worth to be visited for their amazing architecture and atmosphere or to spend a lovely evening attending traditional events, festivals, ‘palio’ races and typical Italian 'sagra'. You can also enjoy Abruzzo traditional cuisine picking among many lovely restaurants cooking both meat and fish according to local flavoured recipes. Vineyards can be visited to taste and purchase some of the best Italian wines. The 'Appennini' chain mountain is very close with its highest peak 'Gran Sasso' and one of the most famous Italian Natural Parks. Tours, visits, trekking, rafting and other activities can be easily organized during the day including local products taste and purchase.
