This very special apartment is located in the heart of Rome, between Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori in a part of the city that dates back to Roman times, Via dei Cappellari.
In this historic neighborhood you will find the magnificent palaces of the antique Roman families such as Farnese, Spada, and Phamphili to name just a few, streets that have changed little since Renaissance times. Here you will find artists' workshops, woodworkers, traditional bakeries, markets, restaurants, and services of every kind that have changed little over the years, creating the true romance of Rome and offering the traditional Roman hospitality.
The apartment consists of two fairly large bedrooms that have two queen size beds .A very comfortable living room where there are two sofas which one of those opens into a double bed. Of course there is a small but reasonably well equipped kitchen and a bathroom consisting of shower, sink and WC. I think you will find it comfortable and the location is great. It's quiet, but within walking distance of just about everything you are apt to want to see. The flat is on the 1400's building and It is very difficult to have it. It is on the third floor with lift.
There is a telephone line with a DSL wireless free internet if you have a personal computer. In the apartment there is a washing machine. The apartment isn't noise during the day and during the night, the neighborhood is very safe. The center city for us is a very good think and it has great value.
The apartment is in Via dei Cappellari n. 60 ,5 minutes to St. Peter sq. crossing the bridge on the Tevere River and you can see on the right side Castel S. Angelo and two minutes to the fantastic place Navona Sq.and in Farnese Sq. |
