It is the home area of "The Hot August Blues Festival", "The Ham Fest", "Thunder Over Eddy Bay" and many other attractions. This home is located on the main lake with fabulous views year round and is located less than 1/2 mile from the main Hwy. 68/80 offering ease and convenience to area amenities. Internet and cable included. NOTE: A boat slip at the Barkley State Resort Park Marina will be included with the rental.

50% Deposit Required and balance due 10 days prior to arrival.
Refunds will carry a 10% handling charge.
