Vinia del Mar (view of the sea) makes an ideal winter getaway vacation spot. Stop on your way from the airport at one of the many local vineyards to stock up on a few bottles of your favorite Chilean wine. The condominium is located in the heart of the most desirable spot in Vinia del Mar, close to the water, shopping, restaurants, with views that cannot be beat!
The 20 story condominium rises up from the heart of this pristine area, towering over most of the 3 story buildings that surround it. It comes with two secure underground parking spaces, 24 hour doorman and alarm system. The weather is what attracts most visitors to this area; never too hot but still warm enough for sun bathing with no humidity.
If you want to venture out of the city to do some sight seeing, you can drive inland to the small town of Santa Cruis where you can stay overnight in a beautiful Spanish style hotel, take a wine tour, or visit one of the most amazing museums hosting one of the most amazing Columbian collections we have ever seen. Or you can take a day to drive north along the coast stopping to have lunch on the beach in the exclusive oceanside town of Zapillar or one of the many other towns and beaches along the way.
Only a short walk and 10 minute bus or subway ride from our condo will bring you to the well known historic shipping port town of Valparaisso where you can dine in a number of wonderful restaurants overlooking the harbor and browse through the many types of artisan shops scattered throughout. Or you may visit the home of Pultzer Prize winning poet "Pablo Negundo" set high above the harbor in the hillside of Valparaisso.
If you want to venture a little further, catch a cruise ship from Valparaisso and head to the south of Chile to visit Torres del Paine National Park and see why this area is aclaimed worldwide as one of the most beautiful parts of the world.
Our condo is brand new, construction was completed in December of 2007. From the moment that you open the front door, the view is going to take your breath away! From the over sized master bedroom/bath you can sit on your own private balcony to watch the sunrise, and from the balcony off the living room you can watch it set. There is a community area on the first floorof the building which includes brand new fitness equipment, a swimming pool, sauna, change rooms and community room. There are beds enough to sleep 6 people, but space enough for 8. Private maid or cook service can be arranged ahead of your stay at an additional cost.
The Chilean people are very gracious, warm and proud of their beautiful country. The predominant language spoken is Spanish, but many people also speak English and German. They are most eager to help with directions or answer any questions that you may have, so even if you do not speak spanish, no worries, there is always someone nearby that can help. You will understand after you have spent some time here, why the Chileans love their country so much and are so proud to call it home. |
