Our luxury condo in Aqua Bay Club is one of only 21 units and is situated right on fabulous seven mile beach just a few steps from the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean.
Aqua Bay club is a beautifully maintained property at the quieter end of the beach but only a few minutes by car from George Town and the many other local shops and restaurants. It has a freshwater pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers and umbrellas in the lush gardens.
Grand Cayman is famous for its spectacular scuba diving and boasts many famous dive sites. Our condo is located only minutes away from some of the island's best dive spots. If you prefer to snorkel, famous cemetery reef is just outside the door.
Our condo has wall to wall sliding glass doors opening onto a screened Lanai with a picture perfect view of the Caribbean night and day. Great for relaxing and watching the fabulous sunsets.
The unit is well appointed with everything needed to enjoy your vacation. The modern furnishings and clean, crisp decor offer a contemporary living style which we hope you will enjoy.
There is daily maid service, linens and towels, broadband, and telephone available for local calls (long distance calls available at the renter's expense).

Owner Description
We are a British family of 4 with 2 young adult children and live in the south of England,40 miles west of London.
We love to travel and have covered most of the globe visiting all the continents apart from Antarctica! We spent 4 years living in Connecticut when the children were small and loved the whole experience. We like to think of ourselves as quite international and grab any chance to experience different cultures.
Why the Owner Chose Seven Mile Beach
We have been to many Caribbean islands and first visited Grand Cayman in 1994. We returned in 2006 and 2007 when we decided to buy a condo here because of its blend of tropical island beauty with a plethora of restaurants and great facilities for self-catering . We love Seven Mile Beach, the Cayman Islanders and the relaxed lifestyle and visit as often as we can.
The children enjoy the diving and my husband and I enjoy chilling out on the beach in the sun.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our property has the benefit of being part of a small complex of only 21 units, so it is never crowded! The wall to wall, floor to ceiling view of the beach and ocean is unparalleled! We have never seen a view like it in all our travels.
