We only have 2 units (the studio for 2 persons and the house unit that accommodates up to 8 persons).
Please understand that the “super duper special rates” are only if you qualify with the requirements, we will not make exceptions.
We are located between Isla Verde and Condado (2 main touristic areas with hotels restaurants, etc.. Isla verde is where the airpoort is and after Condado you reach the Historic City of Old San Juan). We are located in the Rampla del Almirante street, between the Mcleary street and the Loiza street!!!
Walking ditance to:
beach, park, restaurants, bakery, mini marts, grocery store, banks, walgreens, fast foods, shopping center, etc.
20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Condado
20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Isla Verde
10 minute drive to Old San Juan.
5 minute drive to Presbystherian Hospital, 15 drive to Pavia Hospital
$100 per night in this area, is an offer that you can't let it pass! (valid for up to 4 persons. Add $15 per each additional person per night)

I enjoy feeling the breeze of the beach in my property.
Very near the house is this shopping center where you can find stores such as: Selectos Grocery store, Walgreens, Western Auto, Mariane, Pitusa departmnet store, RG Bank, Subway, Gulf gas station, etc
The map does not have the name of our street, wonder why!!! But here we are located.
This is a recently new place where you can go to eat and hear music. Food is good such as prices. Walking distance from the house.
Ummm, can't miss it! Delicious breakfasts, also lunchs and dinners. Walking distance from the house.
For the lovers of sushi, this is a new restaurant; it openned on sept 2009.
If you wamt to return back home with your laundry done, this is one of the laundromats near the property.
This restaurant offers you any kind of hamburger with a great variety of meats.
Another small hotel, beach front. This part of the beach is where I like to go when I go to the beach!
In this point is where the Mcleary street changes its name to Ashford avenue, which conects you to Condado; a main touristic area where you will find almost all the hotels and restaurants, etc.
In this park there is a track for jogging or walking, tenis courts, basketball court and a new playground for kids. Almost behind the house. In front of the park is the boulevard beach.
This is the beautiful and trendy beach of Ocean Park, just walking distance from the property.
This is the beautiful beach knowed as "el trolley", walking distance from the property.
