Pool on site, beautiful sandy beach only steps from building. King size beds in oceanfront master BR, and in BR #2, Trundle bed with roll-out beneath in smaller BR #3. Pull-out queen sleep sofa in LR. Sleeps 6 in beds.
Small wet bar, fully equipped Kitchen, separate lockable Storage Unit on 1st Flr for Beach toys, rafts, chairs etc. Must bring own bed and bath linens. Full size Washer/Dryer in unit.
Beautiful, quiet, safe sandy beach, just minutes south of Myrtle Beach. Close to golf, mini-golf, and all amenities that Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area has to offer, 1/2 mile south of Surfside Beach pier. Two parking spots are available for this unit either covered or open. No trailers, boats, or pets are allowed on premises. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. Check-in 3:30 PM Saturday afternoon. Check-out 10:00 AM Saturday morning. Please call or email for further details. 12% state and local taxes have to be added to the weekly rates reflected below. Departure cleaning is included. We have reduced our rates from 2008 for the 2009 season. Minimum one week rentals only.
