Surfside Beach, S.C. Direct Oceanfront 3BR, 2BA, Condo on 3rd Floor of a Three level building *******NO ELEVATOR******* 14 total units in building. Pool on site, beautiful uncrowded wide sandy beach only steps from building. King size beds in both the oceanfront Master BR, and in BR #2, a Trundle bed with roll-out beneath in smaller BR #3. Pull-out queen sleeper sofa in LR. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
Unit has a small wet bar, a fully equipped Kitchen, a separate lockable Storage Unit on the 1st Floor convenient for Beach toys, rafts, chairs, charcoal, golf clubs, etc. Bed and bath linens are not included but are available locally (Vacation Equipment Rentals of Myrtle Beach) and can be delivered right to the door. Full size washer/dryer is in unit. Wireless internet access available.
Beautiful, quiet, wide sandy beach, just minutes south of Myrtle Beach. Close to golf, mini-golf, and all of the amenities that the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area has to offer. 1/2 mile south of Surfside Beach pier on South Ocean Blvd. Two unassigned parking spots are allocated for this unit, either covered or open. No trailers, boats, or pets are allowed on premises. ***THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT*** Check-in 3:00 PM Saturday afternoon. Check-out 10:00 AM Saturday morning. Please call or email for further details. 12% total State, County, and local taxes will be added to the reflected weekly rates. Departure cleaning is included in our rental rates. Minimum one week rental rates only.

This vacation home was a great place to spend time with family. Enjoyed being right on the beach and they had the place set up perfectly. Definitely worth the price.Recommended for: Families with young children.

excellent shape, very clean, delightful owners!!! Only complaint is no elevator:-(Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Condo had everything you could want. The views were great. The only issue was being on the 3rd floor without an elevator and not being in shape. (Our fault!) Owner is great and made sure every question was answered. Hope to go back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The Anderson's beach getaway is a very nice place if you are looking for a relaxing ocean front location. You are literally 10 steps off the beach. It is appointed with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The condo was also very clean and quiet.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
