Our single-level home is clean, bright and sunny. The furnishings are very comfortable and up to date. It is large enough for entertaining and yet quite cozy just for two. The fully equiped kitchen includes a spacious alcove and computer desk(Wifi included) and is open to the great room and dining area. The Master Bedroom can be configured with one King Size or two extra long twin beds while the guest bedroom has two twins. Our secluded patio faces southwest and absorbs the winter sun and is complete with a BBQ grill and dining table and chairs. It's a great place to enjoy a sunset or some oranges or grapefruits that you can pick off our trees. Every amenity has been provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible whether for a week or a year.
We are situated close enough to walk to the Community Center, the Rio Verde Country Club or the convenience store. The Community Center boasts a newly renovated heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, a computer lounge, library and billiards all available at no cost. We can make arrangements for our rental guests to obtain a free temporary memberships at the Rio Verde Country Club or the Tonto Verde Golf Club both of which allow the purchase of discounted golf packages on their outstanding and distinctly different golf courses.
Outdoor activities such as fishing, road and mountain biking, horse back riding and hiking are available in addition to the many excellent golf courses in the area. The Fort McDowell Casino is just a short drive from Rio and during the winter season there are car shows, art fairs, ranch style cookouts and much more to enjoy.
In addition to the Tonto Verde and Rio Verde golf course, golfers will find the Vista Verde course is just 5 minutes away. While the highly acclaimed courses at We-Ko -Pa, Troon North, SunRidge Canyon, etc. are only a short drive away as well.
Rentals are available by the week, month, season or the year, with rates set up accordingly.

We rented this condo for all of Feb. and March, 2011, and had a fabulous time away from Colorado's winter wind, snow, and cold. The condo is exactly as described and the photos show exactly what it looks like. It was very comfortable and well appointed. Having a washer and dryer for a two-month stay was wonderful as well as a 2-car garage. The condo is in a great location for walking for fun or to the post office or the golf club. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed many local restaurants such as The Spotted Donkey, GianFranco, The Painted Horse, etc. We would definitely recommend this condo for anyone.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We stayed here from the 3rd of december thru the 21st. Mitch was very helpful in arranging our stay and easy to contact if needed. The description of being "comfy" is very accurate. It's a beautiful area to stay in with lots of good walking areas for my wife and dog.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+.

The pictures on the website perfectly depicts what you'll see when you arrive. The property was very well maintained and the condo was clean. Mitch (owner) was very accommodating, pleasant and informative. The condo met all of our needs and was very well stocked. The Weber BBQ was in good working order and we enjoyed many evenings out on the patio. The golfing is plentiful and only minutes away. Tonto Verde-Ranch is a must play. ENJOY, we certainly did.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We had a blast! We shared the home with another couple. It was large enough for all 4 of us. The staff at the country club made us feel right at home especially Bonnie. Mitch was there when we checked in to greet us. His wife showed up to make sure we had all of our supplies. They helped co-ordinate our golf package plus showed us the places to eat and shop. The home was immaculate and our stay was all that we could have asked for. Thanks for a great time.

We rented the month of February, 2010 from Mitch and had a wonderful time. The rental unit was great with a lot of sunshine and everything we needed to be comfortable was there. Both Rio golf courses are more forgiving then other courses we have tried. We enjoyed golfing with Mitch - who is very friendly besides being a great golfer! If all goes well, we will rent again. We stayed in the condo in January of 2010. It is beautifully decorated; well equipped and very very clean. The eight rounds of golf were a real bonus. The people of Rio Verde Golf Club are extremely welcoming. We enjoyed the use of all of the amenities. Mitch was there to greet us and there as well to say goodbye. He was very helpful with all our questions about the area. We highly recommend this condo.

Mitch has a bright,clean and well stocked condo in Rio Verde - with the 8 rounds of golf it is a super deal! If you do not want to play Rio there are two Tonto Verde courses just up the road. Mitch was very helpful with arrangements and the golf package is wonderful. Internet and cable offer the perfect setup! Nice courtyard with clean barbeque grill too! enjoy!!

We stayed at this property for two weeks in Jan. 2009 - the owner was very helpful in arranging our stay and providing us with house info and area golf course info. The house is very comfortable and well furnished - great patio and barbeque - it is away from the traffic of Phoenix - but close enough to get to places with a short drive - for golfers there are wonderful courses nearby -good restaurants in Fountain Hills and near the casino. We definatly would return to this rental property.
