  We spent 4 months (Nov./12 to Feb. 26/13) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Premises are bright, comfortable and well equipped. Nice west facing Patio area with Orange and Grapefruit right outside the front door. Any problems or questions we had were answered promptly by the owner. No hesitation in recommending to any and all Snowbirds.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  This is a very comfortable town home in a beautiful desert setting. It is fully furnished with everything you will need from coffee in the am to grilling on the patio at night. Very roomy 2 bedroom which is very comfortable for 4 people. Mitch, the owner is very accommodating. We really enjoyed our visit in Rio Verde, the weather was beautiful and everything we needed was provided in this home.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway.

  This condo is VERY clean, private, quiet and very comfortable! The owner is exceptionally helpful in every way - from directions to replacing a hair dryer within hours! The area is beautiful and the Tonto Verde courses are outstanding. We had a wonderful relaxing week!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  Vacationing in your AZ condo was nearly perfect. The unit was extremely well stocked and spotless. The interior has a delightful atmophere and the unit was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. One could not ask for more, A very Happy time!!

  This townhome is more than the pictures indicate. It only has one adjoining unit which makes it quiet and comfy. We went for a golf weekend and had a wonderful time. Home was large and roomy and very comfortable, light and bright and we picked grapefruits off the trees for breakfast- so yummy. Garage was a 2 car so it stored all our equipment easily. The owner was wonderful making sure directions were clear, access was easy and that we were comfortable. The unit was nicely decorated with firm beds and great furniture- not cast offs you see some places. Wonderful place with a very conscientious owner.

  We rented this condo for all of Feb. and March, 2011, and had a fabulous time away from Colorado's winter wind, snow, and cold. The condo is exactly as described and the photos show exactly what it looks like. It was very comfortable and well appointed. Having a washer and dryer for a two-month stay was wonderful as well as a 2-car garage. The condo is in a great location for walking for fun or to the post office or the golf club. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed many local restaurants such as The Spotted Donkey, GianFranco, The Painted Horse, etc. We would definitely recommend this condo for anyone.

  We stayed here from the 3rd of december thru the 21st. Mitch was very helpful in arranging our stay and easy to contact if needed. The description of being "comfy" is very accurate. It's a beautiful area to stay in with lots of good walking areas for my wife and dog.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners.

  The pictures on the website perfectly depicts what you'll see when you arrive. The property was very well maintained and the condo was clean. Mitch (owner) was very accommodating, pleasant and informative. The condo met all of our needs and was very well stocked. The Weber BBQ was in good working order and we enjoyed many evenings out on the patio. The golfing is plentiful and only minutes away. Tonto Verde-Ranch is a must play. ENJOY, we certainly did.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  We had a blast! We shared the home with another couple. It was large enough for all 4 of us. The staff at the country club made us feel right at home especially Bonnie. Mitch was there when we checked in to greet us. His wife showed up to make sure we had all of our supplies. They helped co-ordinate our golf package plus showed us the places to eat and shop. The home was immaculate and our stay was all that we could have asked for. Thanks for a great time.
