Our townhome is clean, bright and sunny. The furnishings are very comfortable and up to date. It is large enough for entertaining and yet quite cozy just for two. The fully equiped kitchen which includes a spacious alcove and computer desk opens to the great room and the dining area. Our secluded patio which faces southwest and absorbs the winter sun is complete with a BBQ grill. It's a great place to enjoy a sunset or some oranges or grapefruits that you can pick off our trees. Every amenity has been provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible whether for a week or a year. We are situated close enough to walk to the Community Center, the Rio Verde Country Club or the convenience store. The Community Center boasts a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, a fitness center, a computer lounge, library and billiards all available at no cost. We can make arrangements for our rental guests to obtain a free temporary membership at the Rio Verde Country Club which also allows for the purchase of discounted golf packages on their two outstanding, recently renovated Tom Lehman golf courses.
Outdoor activities such as fly fishing, road and mountain biking, horse back riding, hiking and skeet shooting are available in addition to the many excellent golf courses in the area. The Fort McDowell Casino is just a short drive from Rio and during the winter season there are car shows, art fairs, Thursday night ranch style cookouts and much more to enjoy.
In addition to the Rio Verde golf course, golfers will find the Tonto Verde and Vista Verde courses are just 5 minutes away. While the highly acclaimed courses at We-Ko -Pa, Troon North, SunRidge Canyon, etc. are only a short drive away as well.
Rentals are available by the week, month, season or the year, with rates set up accordingly.
