Escape from the city and delight in this beautiful 3 bedroom lake house! It is a dream vacation spot with level elevation to the water, a sugar sand beach and a hard sand bottom lake nested in the heart of the Brainerd lakes area.
Upon arrival, you automoatically start to unwind - maybe it's the serene setting, the pleasant landscaping, the sound of the loons, or just the escape. No matter what, North Long Lake is perfect for a weekend getaway or a week long vacation! The lake is known for its exceptional fishing and recreation making it fun for the whole family.
Built in 2001, this beautiful Cape Cod reproduction blends all the modern amenities in a typical northwood setting. Kick off your shoes and lose track of time while lounging on the large wrap around porch. Take in the views of the water, enjoy the lakeside fire pit for sharing fish tales or watch the beautiful sunset. Our motto - "Do what you like; Like what you do"
Inside, enjoy the spacious home with 3 large bedrooms and a bonus room above the garage (lots of room for sleeping and playing). The main floor has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and one bedroom (with attached bath). The indoor space is also supplemented with a screened in porch and a large wrap around deck. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private balcony with views of the lake. Over the back of the house, is the third bedroom (the largest of all) & Bonus Room with a queen size bed and room for another queen aero bed. The kids love to "camp" out in the bonus room in tents and sleeping bags to get away from the adults.
Outside, enjoy over 120 feet of beach - Kids and adults both love this waterfront. With a very gradual elevation into the water, the kids can kick off their shoes and wander carefree while the adults relax in lounge chairs in the shallow waters.
Away from the cottage - we are located a short 10 minutes from Nisswa and Baxter. Enjoy the Turtle races every Wednesday, antique shopping, restaurants, and the Rainy Day bookstore. Or, bring your bikes and ride along the Paul Bunyan trail - either to Nisswa or along Lake Hubert to see the abundant wildlife.

$300 deposit required plus $125 cleaning fee.
