The listing description of this property was spot on. We were so pleased to be so very close to the sand and surf. The photos are very true to life. However, the hot tub has been updated from the picture provided. There were even amenities not pictured that we enjoyed, such as bikes, boogie boards and other beach gear. The property was very clean and stocked with plenty of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, detergent, etc. The washer and dryer were of very good quality, and there was plenty of space to store clothes, etc. The owner met us upon arrival and gave us a tour. He made himself available, although our stay was so easy, we didn't need to contact him any further. We would absolutely recommend this property to our friends and relatives, and already have! The house is in a gated community which helped us to feel protected, yet they also had a process lined out for us to invite guests easily. Some nearby attractions we enjoyed were Ruby's Diner at the end of the Huntington Beach pier, as well as the Huntington shops and street fair. We also enjoyed walking the Main Street shops at Seal Beach. Knock Knock toy store and Sweet Jill's were favorites of our kids. There was also a Trader Joe's convenient for us to purchase unique grocery items.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family stayed there last summer. We had a great time. The house was just steps from the beach.It was never crowded and lifeguards did monitor the beach. The house is small but we had enough room for us. Parking is tight. But we did manage. The bikes were great. We used them and the other sand stuff everyday. The people were very friendly. Wish it has a gas BBQ. I would stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
