Located within walking distance of famous Tigertail Beach, our direct access waterfront house is the ideal spot for a relaxing tropical vacation. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, our Non-Smoking home will be sure to allow you to relax and bask in the warm southwest Florida sunshine. The warm Gulf of Mexico waters and beautiful, white sands of nearby Tigertail Beach are perfect for water, sand, and shelling activities. The lanai is ideally suited to sunny breakfasts by the pool, comfortable shade for dining, or just relaxing in the afternoon and evening. The pool and lanai area, with it's SOUTHEAST EXPOSURE, stays sunny most of the day for tanning and water activities. Most rooms feature wonderful views of the water and pool area and you can even fish in the canal!
All the amenities of home are provided, including a fully-equipped kitchen. Bedrooms include the master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, with its own private bathroom; the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed; and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second and third bedroom share the second bathroom.
Our home is equipped with HIGH SPEED INTERNET. The kids will enjoy the Nintendo Gamecube system and many toys for playing inside the house or in the pool.
For less than the price of a hotel room you can stay in a spacious home with your own private kitchen, swimming pool and lanai. Once you have rented our home for a family vacation, or even a relaxing get-away for two, you will never want to go back to a hotel!
With its three miles of pristine Southwest Florida beaches, Marco Island is the perfect destination for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, a memorable meeting or an unforgettable wedding. Close by you will find renowned restaurants, championship golf, several spas and a wide range of activities.
