With 4,000 square feet of elegant charm, comfort and luxury, you will step inside and immediately relax in this newly built, Cape Cod retreat. Nothing has been spared and you will be planning your next stay before the first one is even over!
The kitchen boasts a raised granite top island with 3 stools for bar eating and a kitchen table to accommodate the entire family. The appliances are top-of-the-line with a double wall oven, DCS cook top with a down-draft fan, over-sized refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a butler's pantry attached with a bar sink, all the appliances you could ever need and extended counters for cooking and entertaining.
The kitchen opens to a sunken family room with built-in bookcases, a raised hearth/fireplace and double French doors that open to a deck which extends the length of the back house and includes an enclosed outdoor shower. The remainder of the first floor includes a mud room, laundry room, attached garage, dining room, study with piano and master suite (bed and bath with walk in closet) which also opens through French doors to the deck! The master bath includes a double-headed shower and a beautiful, oversized 2 person jacuzzi tub.
The second floor includes a 16' x 24' bedroom with a double bed and 2 twin beds, a second large bedroom with bunk beds and toddler bed, a large loft play area for children, a full children's decorated bathroom and a long hallway which connects to the in-law apartment, complete with its own full bath, queen bedroom and full kitchen/den (with pull-out sofa). The apartment can be locked off for privacy and can be accessed through its own entryway off the back of the house.
Located down a 400 foot driveway, this home is nestled in the secluded woods of North Chatham on 1.3 acres of land but is only 5/10th of a mile to two area beaches. The 80' x 20' mahogany deck offers outdoor lights, outdoor speakers and a beautiful over sized backyard complete with a large play/swing set and toys for the kids. Turn the stereo on, mix a cocktail and listen to the splendor of nature. The MHP stainless steel gas grille is also located on the deck and is hooked directly into the house's main gas line - you will never run out of gas when cooking!
This home is so large that the only thing missing is an intercom system - you can easily hide in your own space for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. There are 4 televisions, all with DVD player and three with VCR players - plus a large collection of movies for the kids and music CDs for the adults. The apartment has an extensive collection of books for your reading pleasure and a treadmill, should you wish to get some exercising in during your stay.
Finally, for those afternoons after the beach, there are plenty of kids games, outdoor toys, bikes, scooters, and skateboards to entertain the children while the adults relax and unwind.

Deposit of 1/2 down due to reserve - remainder due 4 weeks before stay begins
