My fiance', 16 month old little girl, 16 year old daughter, 12 year old son and 3 of my colleagues rented this beautiful property for a weekend stay. First and foremost the owner was very pleasant when I called to reserve and was very quick with getting everything to me. The directions that they provide are perfect and we found this property when it was very dark with no problem at all. When we first drove up and saw it in person we were all very excited as we were looking forward to this fishing getaway. The place was immaculate! Since it was a bit chilly outside, we turned the heat on right away and it got warm real quick. The views are to die for!! The kitchen was my favorite. So spacious with again the views. All beautiful stainless steel appliances and they have everything there that was needed! All you need to bring is the food, clothes and a toothbrush.. you are set. The first morning as we were cooking breakfast 4 gorgeous deer were right there in the backyard from the window view :-) The snow was melting from the mountains so Swains Creek was "ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL". Walking distance. Very relaxing and peaceful. As we were driving back from Panguitch after fishing, again we saw 4 more deer along Swains Creek. I highly recommend this property to stay for a family or a romantic getaway! Perfect!! The pictures that are shown are exactly what you get, but of course seeing it in person is even better! We will be back, for sure!! Thank you!!
