Our condominium is located on West Beach directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with its beautiful water and white sandy beaches and has deeded beach access directly across the street from the complex. Our private balcony overlooks a well-maintained tropical courtyard and two nice-sized swimming pools (one for families and one for adults only). The balcony seats four for outdoor dining. You have two covered parking places adjacent to the stairs up to our unit.
This unit is decorated with tropical colors and furnishings. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and TV. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a tropical décor, queen-size sleeper sofa, matching love seat, and a recliner as well as flat screen TV, DVD player and VCR. There is seating for six in the dining area.
For your enjoyment, we offer a variety of videos/DVD's books, and magazines. Wireless for your computer is available and listed as Lani Kai Village. The condominium is conveniently located on West Beach Blvd. and is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. A small grocery store is just one block up the street. Don't miss out on a wonderful vacation this year - just bring you swimsuit, flipflops and beach towel and let the fun begin.

This is a wonderful place so cozy with all the necessities provided and so close to the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would consider again in the future.

Great condo very near everything and only 100 yards from the beach! We had our best vacation in years and plan a return trip next year. The owner Norma was great to work with and her condo is in my opinion the best value in Gulf Shores. Don’t hesitate you will not be disappointed. Steve & Karyn from TN.
